specific blood work tests

Hello everyone,

I want to do a very detailed blood work that includes specific tests that doctors don't include when checking my blood work. Some of the tests i am looking for are: Comprehensive Food Allergy Tests, Comprehensive Male Hormone Panel, Complete Thyroid Panel + Thyroid Antibodies and some other tests.

My question is what type of doctors should I go to for these specific tests.? Also would a doctor include these tests if I asked him to included it in my blood work tests?
