19 years - bad blood test . Please take a look

    Hello to all

I already presented myself in this thread (/535228-post-finasteride-symptoms-hypogonadism-help-hormon-status-included.html)

I am still suffering from PFS, but my hormon levels changed.( Test was done at 10am)

Here are the current ones :
    Hormone ref value
    DHEA 211-492 225
    FSH 1.5-12,4 1,34
    LH 1,7-8,6 3,29
    Prolaktin 4,0-15,2 7,8
    SHBG 14,5-48,4 24,26
    Testosteron 3.300-8.050 3.730

the only thing which looks acceptable is my SHBG.

my dhea, fsh and testo values look horrible.

What would you recommend me doing ?

you really need to find a doctor who is an expert in male hormone replacement.

19 is very young, and you are undoubtedly still developing your nervous system, at least. I'm no expert on PFS so I can't directly comment on that, but there is no better advice than to get a good doctor working with you one-on-one.

Yeah, but it is almost impossible to find a doctor who is taking you serious. I don't get it. this values are not normal, especially not for a 19 year old male. I've been to 4 different doctors, nobody had any device besides "it is in your head". Even the one which took this test recommended me to go to psychatric therapy

Just forget about the PFS and give me your advice considering hormones. I never had this PFS-Crash therefore it is maybe "only" a hormone mixery from Finasteride or anyhting else.

Thank you for your answer !

You need full blood work up all areas not just hormone panel. Problem can be completely unrelated you may just be seeing the result of a underlining problem.

I didn't try anything. The toughest thing i've ever tried ( besides Fin) was L-glutamin ;D

Could you explain more what are my possibilities ? Here in Germany I start mistrusting our doctors, so i have to lead them in the right direction. would you think about a HTPA Restart ? with tamox, clomiphene and hcg ?

sorry can't give you advice without seeing a complete male hormone panel, even then no one here can tell you what to do, you still need to be treated by a physician, you're only 19, take don't take matter into your hands, you could really hurt yourself.
