doing a cycle while on trt without tipping off doctor?
I'm 29 years old and have run one cycle about six months ago and got blood work done two weeks ago and I'm now on trt because my test is low. Has anyone done a cycle while on trt and how do you do it with out having your blood work come back all crazy at three month blood work test?

I always tip my doctor 30% of the PRE-INSURANCE superbill price!
you don't want to look cheap...

^^^ 30%, you're very generous!
OP, simply go back to your TRT dose 3 week prior to doing BW

Im going to answer several questions in this. I did pct with Clomid and nova. No I don't have any pre cycle blood work. My test was 290 and the normal range is 360 to 1100 and something so the doctor put me on test enth 200 mg once a month. I am doing my own injections of coarse.

Just did my first injection yesterday and the doc won't do anymore blood work for three months. My blood work was perfect other then my test and my good colesteral was a point low.

Three weeks is plenty time? How dose uping my dose effect my natural test levels. I mean as you use aas it suppresses your test. Should you use nova or Clomid to reduce estrogen levels? He didn't test my estrogen on last blood work but he didn't have a real reason to do so but I would think he would having me on trt. Maybe I'm just over thinking it but I don't want him to know I'm running my own gear and let my insurance know and never be able to get insurance.

Do you have a copy of the BW that your doc used to evaluate you and put you on TRT? And quite honestly, you need to run from this doc as fast as possible as he knows nothing about hormones. Test has about a 5-7 day half life, metabolism dependent. My point is simply that injections should be weekly at a minimum. You will be on a hormonal roller coaster with a once per month protocol. Find a competent doctor fast.
You no longer are producing endogenous testosterone so you're not suppressed, your totally shut down when on bio-identical T therapy. Which leads to why most people on TRT should be on HCG to keep their testicals functioning, but that's another story and there's actually a great sticky thread on it. Nolva and clomid are SERM's, not AI's. Yes, your doc should know your E2 level, he just doesn't know any better. You need to know your E2 level via a sensitive assay to see where things are. If you are running cycle levels of Test then you need to use an AI, there's no way around it. There are private labs available that will test for you at reasonable prices.

kelkel, you asked the right question. 29 years old, one cycle, and he has just now barely started TRT. We do not really know what this guy did to try and recover. He probably does not need to be on lifetime TRT from one cycle. My guess is in 6 months with nothing done he would be back in the normal range for a 29 year old if he just stops the injections. But here he is asking about a cycle before even taking his first shot of TRT, and squeezing it in before his first bloodwork in 90 days without tipping off the Dr.
He was not really interested in recovering.
You asked the right questions.

I have to check in later gotta work.

I'd try to find a Dr that you will not need to hide anything from and will actually work with you through this. They are out there.

I think this doc might be cool about it so ill probably stick with him for awhile. When prescribed me with test enth only once a month I told him that a whole month between injections is to long and probably going to split it up myself anyways. I actually just read off this site that cypionate is most common and I have a whole cycle of that waiting for me.

Yes sir, when you drop your estrogen down to nothing you generally feel shitty and ache like hell. Try backin off the AI some next time.
