Anastrozole- how soon does it work?

How soon after starting anastrozole at .25 mg eod should my e2 levels decline?
Bought some Armotraz (Cipla) and getting e2 level checked soon after taking it should tell me if the pills are good or junk

For me, the first time I ever took it was a .5 dose 48 hours after a 140 shot of cyp. 12 hours later I had dropped 5 lbs of water. It was like a small and very welcome miracle.

I think the pharmacodynamics say the blood levels peak in 6 hours; and there's a study in women that I believe say that e2 was lowered by like 80% in 1-2 days.

So, it's fast. I would say you get same day results, but it just might not be noticeable enough. But you're definitely getting a significant drug effect the day of.

When I am dialled in, after I take .25 at night I have much better nocturnal erections that night so it definitely doesn't take long... Usually .25 M/W/F works well for me but at the moment I added HGC to my Nebido shots so I am experimenting to see what works best....
