If you choose not to do TRT...What must one do?? Couple of tips

The reality is that when one is younger, testosterone levels are higher, so is the sexual drive. However, with age it declines and while one may be thinking sex they are unable to actualise the desired performance with the same youthful energies.

What must one do? Well, first, it is imperative to accept the reality of life, embrace the seasons of life and thrive in every season! Here are some tips.

Mike, your right on target. I would like to add: With me, when the fatigue started creeping in, then hit me like a ton of bricks it was devastating. I got off my butt, because, I did not want my wife, and family to suffer. More, and more with my energy level depleted, my wife was having to do more for me. I had never been any type of lazy person.......I could not take it any longer. So everyone be sure to stress these points to your Doc. I got off my butt, and did something about it, Thinking about my family was the main motivation factor.
Remember, no matter how bad you feel, hold your head up, and double check your Doctors work, by looking over your medical records, and educate yourself.....no such thing as a stupid question.

This is the exact proactive approach that everyone should follow. The lowT not only affects you...but everyone around you. I cant count the times Ive had my patients wifes in my office literally in tears saying
"thank you thank you thank you...My husband is back to his old self again, he is so much less irritable and we have a youthful sex life again.
