    My Mens 1 A Day has 2 mg copper. Pretty sure it's safe to take at that dose.

    Yeah. I just ordered a multivitamin/mineral from Vitamin Shoppe with 4mg copper in it so I guess it must be ok.

    Hey 2sox . No problems but not enough vit bite for me to even consider not using anastrozole.

    Tech, I hear ya. I'm taking .25 adex every 5-6 days. I'd be curious to see if a little extra copper helps things along.
