Toremifene while on TRT?

Hi,

Quick question. Have done some reading but couldn't find anything clear to me. I've been on TRT for 3 years now off and on, but mostly on. I'm 33, have probably had low T for most of my life though. My levels are now somewhat regular and with axiron use 2-3 swipes per day and can tell when it's getting "too much" for me libido wise etc.

As expected testicles have atrophied slightly. Never tried hcg though considering starting 250mg 3x weekly, assume that will help. But also wondering if toremifene would be useful to take WHILE on TRT. Understand that it can help increase natural T and jump start LH production / increase ballsize post cycle or post TRT but curious what would happen if i took while on TRT, or on a cycle of anavar +TRT say. I did go to an semi quack anti aging doctor who put me on T injections once, and he also said to take anastrozle while on them but not sure if a SERM is ok to take contemporaneously as well.

Recently got bloodwork after being on axiron 2 swipes per day (range has been 2-4 in the past but libido becomes too much of a distraction when on 3-4).
Total T 318
Free T 70.5
Bioavailable T 148
E2 tested in range <15 but no exact

I am also concerned that this years of T has reduced other signaling hormones perhaps and hoping that toremifne will increase GH and general pituatary responsiveness is this resonable to expect?

Anyway, got some torem and wondering if i should take it while on TRT or cycle or if this is pointless or dumb (esp given my low e2, i'm guessing due to 400mg grapeseed extract I take for brain health and blood flow issues).

Bump. Maybe this should be in a different forum like PCT or SERMs? Can someone switch please? Or help me out?

I am very curious of the same question. There are some TRT/anti aging docs moving from HCG to toremifene and reducing the use or eliminating the need for AI's.
