What do the Big Boys do?

If we have issues with high hematocrit at TRT dosages how do the guys taking a gram of test a week deal with it? Especially the guys who are on all the time.

Eat right watch cholesterol intake, drink lots and lots of water, donate blood If it gets too bad, just pull up the ok big boy shorts and learn not to sweat it when Bp climbs up. That in its self is one of the best tools for dealing with it just it's gonna go up monitor it make sure no major spikes and enjoy the ride!

Donate/drain blood regularly. Not everyone is affected the same. 200mg could raise my H & H as much as 500mg would from someone else. But ultimately, no matter what you do... you have to donate blood if you continue at whatever dose caused it in the first place.

I am doing 1-1/2 grams a week and I don't have a problem. I get BW done and I'm ok. I have some Gyno problems but not from my dosage. I've had that for years so I work my Arimidex properly. I am also on ALL the time. What specifically do you want to know. ...crazy mike

@crazy Mike, I was just curious. Mine got high at 200 mg a week and I felt like shit so I can't imagine what a gram and a half would do. I figured you would have to self bleed once a week or something. I didn't know if it kept increasing as you increased the test.

no its not dangerous if you take the right amount, you hear/read "less is more" phrase used here all the time. I used to be on 200mgs ew and my Hemoglobin, Hematocrit and RBC went through the roof, but also my total T was about 1500 and my free was 3 times the high normal. once I reduced my dose to 120 ew I am fine now, I can go 6 months without the need of donating. you still have to donate because we still run our level near the trop range. no biggie.

Personally I think the rewards outweigh the risks. If done properly and monitored closely, issues can be managed.
