Any reason all of us TRT guys shouldn't be on T4?

I've just been doing some light reading on thyroxine and have discovered how much it assists the adrenals. Could take care of some of the guys who complain about sudden and unexpected tiredness.. is there negatives to having a high T4 level? Sorry if I'm confusing the newER guys, don't bank what I'm saying.. wait for the pros to chime in

In short, yes, having abnormally high T4 levels can lead to hypERthyroidism (which is bad) and/or greater rT3 levels (which is also bad). The first would make you feel extremely anxious and the latter fatigued and irritable. Medicating with thyroid hormones (when it's not needed) can leave an individual in a precarious and deleterious state that was clearly avoidable from the onset. I wouldn't recommend it.

As Times Roman has said before on this board: with TRT, less is more.

Too much drugs??? I wouldn't consider being on T4 with TRT "too much drugs" that's just your personal opinion. When the pros outweigh the cons it makes an individuals choice rather simple.

if the t4 is needed, then yes i'd agree, but if one is just taking the t4 to ''optimize'' his already normal thyroid, then i think it is a little over the top
