    high free t

Should I be concerned? It's been progressively higher each time but the uro has only lowered my dose once. My total sits around 692 three days after injection.. So it's not stellar but I'm worried about my free being high: 193 (35 - 155)

Also I haven't donated blood since starting about 3 to 4 months ago so that's another concern since my gp is slow on signing an order for therapeutic phlebotomy..

Overall I'm a little bummed with my dr's and looking for a little guidance

No issue with Free T being elevated. Just means more of your TT % is free. generally an average healthy man with healthy levels of T sit around 1-2% free T. You are around 3-4% thats a good thing. I wouldn't worry to much about giving blood either unless your hematocrit is elevated over 55%. Guys on here are a little too anxious to run and give blood when there H is flagged high by the reference range. Not true. For men on TRT the cutoff to give blood is 55%. Moreover, there has never been a reported death from DVT (blood clot) amongst men doing TRT. However, Nobody wants to be the first. Just keep an eye on it.

Just a question, the 192 of free T is roughly 28% of total. Am I wrong in this math? Just curious because my bloodtest came back and mine was right at 1% which was at the very bottom of acceptable.

Different measurements for TT and FT. I believe OP's TT is ng/dL and his FT is pg/mL. 192 pg/ml is 19.2 ng/dL, so his FT is 2.8%, not 28%.

OP, I'm gonna take a guess and say it sounds like your endo is getting your TT/FT through Quest, and their reference range is actually lower than other labs' ranges that use the same testing method (i.e. Labcorp is 50-280). So you're perfectly normal if you look at it that way. IMO if you don't have any negative side effects (i.e. psychological, malaise, over 55% HCT as lowT Mike said, etc) then I wouldn't worry too much.

Gonna find out the rest of my bw tomorrow from my gp.. silly my uro only cares about my test level and nothing else, I have to talk my gp into running the rest of the stuff. On a good note I mentioned hgh to her as a possibility and she didn't say no so we'll see tomorrow )

Free T is generally in pg/ml while TT is in ng/dl

My mistake. On mine it wasn't , that explains the confusion.
