    And this is why I never listen to mainstream media, 90% of it is a big ol steamy pile of bullshit. Best way to go about these types of things is common sense and logic

    Dr. Stephen Sinatra writes some great stuff on cholesterol and after reading his stuff it inspired me to get the advanced VAP cholesterol testing done. Much more thorough. Good read as well:

    good read Kel! I been reading so much about cholesterol lately and came across so many doctors that have the same finding as Dr. Lundell. he mentioned we have more people with heart disease and dying fro heat disease than ever despite all the meds and diet changes! that speaks volumes that we are on the wrong path of fighting heat disease! I just talked my brother to get off cholesterols meds and try supplements in stead, but even supplements won't do crap if our diet is shit! thanks for the post!
