    e -blocker

    doe s anyone know if stinging nettle root works as a natural estrogen blocker?

    Yes but it's not the best OTC option. Chrysin would be better, DIM would be best.

    thanx dim really didnt work for me ,so i figured to give this a try but you think the otc work s tho
