6 Months on TRT and New Blood work

It has been six months since I started TRT monitored by a Dr. Here are 3 blood test results. My question is can HCG cause the spike in total T, free T and E2 while taking a lower dose of T between lab work? I felt the best in the beginning. Once the protocol was changed in July I started to feel off. I imagine it was due to the high E2. Even now with E2 within range I still don't feel as good as I did in Feb. Can this be due to the high total T?

When were protocols started, in relation to blood work? Kinda hard to figure out what did what and when, unless I'm just not seeing straight. When was initial TRT started prior to February blood work? Looks like you're going in right direction, but TT is a bit high.

Your Aug 13 BW. When was BW pulled relative to your injection? And why was it not a sensitive E assay? Having a tough time with 100mg per week putting you greater than 1500TT.

I medicated on Thursday, HCG on Sunday and lab work was done on Monday morning. That is part of my confusion, how can total T be so high on a lower dose. I don't get it. The last labs were done 3 weeks after changing my protocol to 100MG a week. The good news is the drop in E2.

well three weeks might have been too soon to do BW to measure the new protocol. but still your numbers are high for 100mgs! I am assuming you're splitting that into two, basically you're doing 50mgs twice a week, correct?

That is correct. Also since the dose is on the lower end I have switched to SubQ hoping it helps maintain E2 on the lower end as well.

Its all about creating the hormone symphony. Your labs are progressively improving. Be patient. From a practitioners standpoint your doc knows what they are doing I can tell. Serum T is still elevated even on a lower dose because the conversion of T into E is now controlled with anastrozole. So more exogenous T is now bioavailable even on a lower dose. Estrogen competes with T. This mechanism of balance or creating this symphony of hormones where they are all signaling your systems in cohesion is the goal. The seasoned TRT doctor understands this. You dont have to give higher doses of T to get your levels up. Just balance everything out. I have many 60 and 70 year olds on 25mg a week of testosterone with TT levels north of 1000. Every hormone is balanced. They also have a very clean lifestyle and nutriceutical/vit/min supplementation is on point. If you are still feeling crummy look at your lifestyle/diet/Thy function. Correct supplementation of nutrients you are not getting from your diet will be like fuel injector for your TRT program. Lifestyle, diet, supplementation cannot be overstated!!

I thought of this too, but E2 level difference wasn't that significant to make a huge difference considering the does was cut in half. but anything is possible!
