Blood work results....Please advise..

I just received my results and had some concerns. My numbers have all gone down...WHY???? My protocol now..
Test Cyp- 60mg 2x week (120mg total)
HCG - 250iu 2x week
DHEA (micronized) 25mg 2x day
Preg (micronized) 25mg 2x day
NOT taking an A.I.

8/17/13= Test Free + Total- (510) 348-1197
8/17/13= Test Direct- (6.1) 6.8-21.5
8/17/13= Estradiol Sensitive- (13) 3-70
8/17/13= SHBG- (24.6) 16.5-55.9
8/17/13= Ferritin Serum- (27) 30-400
8/17/13= Vitamin D- (72.2) 30-100

6/10/13= Test Serum- (693) 348-1197
6/10/13= Test %- (23.3) 9.0-46.0
6/10/13= Test Free & Weakly Bound- (161.5) 40.0-250.0
6/10/13= Estradiol Sensitive- (18) 3-70
6/10/13= SHBG- (28.1) 16.5-55.9 ...2 months ago it was 32.4

WTF?????
Some things have changed in the last 2 months.........
#1- I have up'd my Test to 60mg 2x per week
#2- I was only taking 25mg Preg & DHEA per day then jumped to 50mg per day about 5 weeks ago.
#3- I went from 1.4g of fish oil per day to 2.8g per day
#4- Only getting about 6 hours of sleep a night

Whats up????? Any info would be great. Not sure what to do? Stay on protocol and re-test in 2 months?

you increased your test dose and levels dropped down?! everything else looks good except your test levels. I am assuming you are under doctor's care, where do you get your meds from, pharmacy, clinic?

Yes, doctors care. Test from pharmacy. Test dropped AND E did also. Cant think what I did wrong.

well E dropped because test dropped, which suggests under dosed testosterone ! other than that I really have no clue!

Ya, thats what I was thinking but 120mg per week is pretty common if not a little high for most. Any recommendations? Thanks for the feedback bass. Any one else have any ideas?

What was your Test Cyp dose prior to you increasing it to 60mg twice per week?

My dose was 50mg 2x week. About 4-5 weeks ago bumped it up to 60mg.

1)How many days after last injection of T did you get your prior labs done?

2)How many days after last injection of T did you get the most recent labs done?

3)Are you using US Rx medications or have you switched pharmacies or brands of medications?

#1- probably around 4days... can't remember exactly.
#2- 4 1/2 days. I do remember this one.
#3- Yes using Rx Test. Same brand (Pfizer brand, 200mg per ml) I did have to open a new bottle about 4 weeks ago.
On a side note, I did have sex the day before my labs were taken. FYI.

Sex would not effect your T levels only your PSA. PSA can jump up a point if ejaculation occured within 36 hours of blood draw. Same effect if you had a prostate examine within 36 hours. I would steady the course and get labs draw on day 2 or 3 post inj day. get a total and free in a couple weeks and repost.
