Aching testicles

Another question guys - the boys are experiencing a dull ache. Not sure why. Also, my leg muscles are sore for no apparent reason.
Using 750 iu hcg / wk - 250 Mon, Wed, Fri. - and 70 mg T prop/wk on an eod basis. JH.

How long have you been on this HCG protocol? Have you always had the dull ache or just recently?

I only experienced the dull ache when using a compounded HCG and/or if too low of a dose.

Dave, been on the hcg from day 1 - initially with hcg nasal drops. Then switched to injectable from a compounding source - always in fridge. The ache has only come in the last few days. I do M, W, F @ 250iu = 750/wk. That seems to be the norm? JH.

How long has it been since your compounded HCG was constituted and sent to you? I noticed mine once received was already 15+ days old so within 2 weeks, I would already notice the dull ache.

I would assume its probably under dosed or past it's shelf life and loosing potency. Maybe try upping your dosage to say 300iu every 3 days and see if you notice a difference.

I need a minimum of 1000iu per week to keep my de tesículos full size with no "ache". I dose 150iu every morning, this has worked for me since my Dr perscribed it to me (took me about a month or so to figure out the correct dose for ME).

I just switched from 250iu every 3 days to 400iu twice per week (day before test injection) for convenience, and the boys are more full and E2 dropped quite a bit (too low now and have aching joints). However, my test levels also dropped a good 200 points. I am starting to think little changes in HCG can make a big difference, and can cause more E2 conversion than most seem to think.

Like you mentioned, we all need different amounts in which you have to play around with dosage and timing and most importantly, get blood work to back up your thoughts.

Thank you guys - I will up the dose to 1000 iu/wk and see what happens. The compounding doc says the hcg is quite stable.

get pregnancy tests from dollar store, its one dollar each, run a test on your hCG to see if its still good, if not toss it. this is why I get only 5000 ius dry vials of hCG, to avoid the issues Dave mentioned.

Even if loosing potency, it would most likely still show up on a pregnancy test I would assume.

I like to buy free dried powder in 5000iu vials like mentioned and mix my own. From a compound pharmacy, you don't know when they mixed it, and then you have to wait till they ship it and hope it stayed cold and wasn't to abrupt in shipping, unless lucky and have a local compounding pharmacy.

Overall, my best experience has been mixing my own and it's way cheaper :-p

Worse case senerio you have an infection or STD and will need antibiotics, but usually you will have other symptoms like having to urinate or feel like you have to urinate and can't... Clear sperm vs milky colored, etc.

I had an infection one time and didn't even know it, just so happens I request a sperm count for the hell of it and had a high level of white blood cells in my sperm. Was good to go after being on some antibiotics for a week. Only thing out of the ordinary was clear sperm, which I never really thought about it till after I fixed the issue.

The compounding pharmacy I use stopped premixing their HCG a few months ago. Now they sell the powder & send me home with bac water. They probably did it to save money when they ship it. I like mixing it myself, no more wondering when it was originally reconstituted.

Thanks Ev - I did ask the compounding pharmacy doc re degradation - he said it's quite small. In the meantime I will see if I can find a source that does as you do - yes, it is cheaper too. Could you send me a link? Thanks again. JH

I use Empower Pharmacy in Houston. They're a compounding pharmacy that my Dr sends my script to. So far so good, I really like their HCG .

Yes but the results or the line density can be used as a gauge. For example, with new reconstituted hCG the line is thick and very visible, and towards of HCG life the line is weak and faded.

Ah, gotcha. The only time I ever used the pregnancy test was with the compounded HCG I got when I first started TRT, and the line was very faint at that. I ended up filling and freezing several syringes as it didn't seem potent.
