    What's your protocol?

    Hey guys,

wondering what protocols have worked best for ya while I'm trying to get dialed in?

    Test dosage/ injection frequency
    hcg dosage/ injection frequency
    ai?
    zinc/d3/dim?

test total and free and estro levels on said protocol?
    bf%?

Yes. Zinc and copper are 1 pill, then DIM.

Hey Austinite, how many mg of DIM are you taking daily? Pill or a bulk powder form? How many points did you notice it dropped your E2 if known?

Doctor's orders (or call it his recommendation) He's claiming to have a better success rate with sustaining steady serum levels by going oil injectable straight into the blood. I'll run labs pretty soon to compare. I definitely like the idea of a 2x weekly injection with my cyp, as opposed to daily oral application.

Interesting. Very interesting. I've been chasing D deficiency for a while. Orals do absolutely nothing for me. She gave me a 300,000 IU shot and that worked. I traced it down to low Calcitonin, but I can't find out why Calcitonin is low, when the rest of the thyroid panel is good and no iodine deficiency.

The frequency is interesting. my doc was thinking of 600,000 IU every 3 to 4 months. Still dealing with this...

    Thanks for responding, vette.

I know the D is killing ya with the struggle you're having but I trust you'll get there. I may add in 5K more D3 on Sunday when I take my D2, as I usually skip D3 that day. Re DHEA I was on a compounded cream for a long while and it sucked for me. Just no absorption. As soon as I got tired of that and switched to oral micro it jumped up big time.

Yeah I struggled with DHEA for a while but it's climbing now. Not quite as 250+ but way out of the gutter finally. Thanks for the vote of confidence. Hopefully D will be resolved this year.

Yes, prescribed. Nandrolone is the compound. Deca is the ester, shortened for Decanoate. Supports synovial joints.

Do you cycle the Deca or are you taking it constantly?

Well, yeah you don't have to take all 3. Some folks get by with just DIM. But Zinc and Copper have a host of benefits other than e2 related. Good to have

Yea. I feel great. Been taking zinc/copper for a couple of months. Why? Because I do my best to convince myself that the very slight puffiness around the chest is e2 related instead of body fat...lol. But, finally gave in and been doing cardio 3x a week. Yuck

I assume you guys who are doing the copper/DIM have low body fat%?

I'm still pretty obese so I don't think I could get away with not using an ai..

    I'm currently on .40ml Depot test every Sunday / 250iu hcg 3x week / 100mg dhea and preg (not micro) / 10k d3 every day / liquidex @ .15ml twice a week

Total test 3 days after injection: 692
Free test: ~190 (that's before I cut my dose by .10)
Estrogen also runs high at around 50 but that was with ai once a week. Getting dialed is still not close at hand for me but one day..

Been having trouble controlling extreme stress lately where when I was younger I could brush it off easily.. thinking it might either be low cortisol in the afternoons or adrenal fatigue.. may look into hgh soon

Well, some folks are just not able to come off the blockers. For me, I chose to lower my testosterone dose, at the cost of lowering my total T level from ~ 750 to ~ 650 in order to come off of anastrozole. But yes, generally, the higher the body fat, the more cumbersome the task. I certainly couldn't do it when I was 36% BF. Then again, I was injecting IM back then so that contributed as well.

Switch to SR Micro and you can probably cut that dose in half and still get a much better effect. Vitamin C helps with stress / cortisol.

    50 zinc, 2mg copper, 300mg DIM.

All Pills. Zinc and Copper are in one pill with 53mcg iodine.

When I lowered my cyp dose from 150 to 100 weekly, my e2 hovered around the upper 30's, and now it's just under 29.

Do you take DIM all at once or something like breakfast / lunch / dinner?

I assume your using a powder? When you have a moment, can you post or PM me a legit brand? I see two powder sources on eBay and one on amazon, but have no experience with these sources. Worst case scenario, I will pick up Source Naturals tablets since it don't look like NOW Foods sells DIM.

    Thanks again bud

No these are pills. just about everything else I use is powder. NuMedica, DIM-Estro. I buy locally at my Longevity clinic so I get a discount.

Have you compared your total and free T on a single injection vs the two? Curious if we would benefit from two injection spots on same day vs 1.
