    Experiences with DIM

For those who need to drop estrogen only a few points but don't want or need to resort to an AI,

Anyone have good results with DIM, possibly with blood work to back it up?

I just started taking a DIM product right now... I don't have any bw to back it up but I will in the coming weeks...

I'm hoping this stuff is good. If so, I'll stay on it forever...

How are you feeling on it though? We all know regardless of bw its mostly about how we feel.

I would be interested in hearing brand and dosage amount that everyone is using?

From what I have read, 100-200mg is safe as 300mg daily has caused side effects such as nausea, dizziness, etc.

Yeah buddy. Also contains Curcumin & BioPerine (Piperine). Loaded with benefits, anti-tumor, anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, etc...

I used it in place of an AI (don't ask) and it put down the symptoms of elevated E2 well. I don't have BW to back it up but my E2 spiked high and DIM got me back me back to pseudo-normal.

as I've said on this forum before, I don't use DIM exclusively, but if I could I would. when I feel my E2 creeping up too much then DIM definitely helps rid the body of excess estrogens. I personally see it as a good alternative to prescription AI's if you can get away with it -- some men just aromatize too much and require more powerful measures unfortunately.

DIM works. I feel better with higher estrogen and it brought me from slightly elevated to high normal range. I'm sold and no need for a stronger AI. The prescribed AI's crashed me even at low doses.

50mg of Zinc/2-3 MG of copper/and 200mg DIM ED. Can get most men with average body fat % and lower off their anastrozole completely.

This is what I have been doing except I take 300mg of DIM, once in the AM and once again before bed. Dr just had me drop the anastrozole as I am back in range. Going for blood work in 8 weeks. Lets see what happens.

From the studies I read, the recommended dosage was 200mg with 300mg being the max recommended without creating nausea. If split in two to three doses daily, 300mg should be fine.
