    anyone have a bruising problem?

Lately I have been noticing lots of bruises on my arms. I don't remember bumping into anything or getting hit. Any thoughts on what this might be?

You on any blood thinners? I notice bruising when on blood thinners such as aspirin when taking ECA stack.

See about a Vitamin K deficiency and blood counts; mainly platelets. I would stop using aspirin until you resolve this. This bruising is referred to as ecchymosis and may require a hematologists attention.

Bruising can also be a sign of cortisol being too high, but I would check the other suggestions first.
