Was Hoping Someone Might Have A Look At This Test Profile "Please"...

Vitamin T Tests Have Always Confused Me... At One Point I Was On TRT, Using 100-300mgs. Test Cyp Per Week. But Was Forced To Stop The Therapy (long story) Anyway I Was Running Anywhere From 399 To 245 On Test, From 2003 To 2009... Then Was Placed On The TRT Much To My Delight... Man! Did I Grow, Solid 18" Arms At 47 Years Old... Anyway A Psychiatrist Got Ahold Of Me (Didn't Realize Those -------- Were So Dangerous)!!! Well To Make A Long Story Shorter, He Burned Out All The Dopamine Receptors In My Brain... That Was July 17 09... I'm Just Coming Out Of It, But I Have No Concept Of Time Yet... Even Tried The Browning 9mm Way Out Of It... Apparently I Didn't Get It Done, But I Did Set In A Chair & Stared At The Wall For Two St8 Years... Let Get On With This... And I apologize For Not Creating Paragraphs:

    Total Test - 851
    SHBG - 51
    Test, Free - 136
    Test, % Free - 1.6 (low)
    Test, Bioavailable - 379.3
    Albumin - 4.5

Any Analysis Would Be Appreciated... Also, I Believe The Reason That Total Test Etc... Is Relatively High For A Guy My Age Is: When I Got That All American Brain Burn, I Stopped All Processed Anything... My Diet Is 100% Grass Fed, Right Off The Farm Stuff:

Breakfast - 1/4-1/2 Pound Ground Beef, And 2-3 Eggs
Lunch - Protein Shake i.e. 2 Cups Raw Milk, 2 Raw Eggs, stevia, 2 Tablespoons Flax Seed Oil, 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil, And Finally Around 1/4 Pound Raw Milk Cheese
    Supper - Same As Breakfast
Before Bed - Another 1/4 Pound Cheese...

Thats The Way It Is For Now... Call Me Paleo, Call Me Low Carb, Or Call Me What Ya Want!!!

    ~Thanks Again Tom...

SHBG is high. Lower this and it will increase your free test. Any blood work showing your E2 levels or vitamin D? If your E2 is high, it will also bind up your free test. Vitamin D (get to top of range) can lower your SHBG.

Thank You For The Reply Jacked... Good Organic Veggies Are Scarce Here, And Pretty Much Everywhere Else... I Take A Great Mega Pack Multi Etc... But I Have To Agree With You On The Vegetables, Nothing Beats The Real Thing!!! You Just Can't Find Em' Here... However, People Have Gardens All Around Me, And They Think They Have Organic Produce... Once Again, However, Every Other Night, The Mosquito Sprayer Is Makin The Rounds, And That Atomized Poison Lands All Over The Ground & Produce... Might Just As Well Buy The Stuff Sprayed With Pesticides... I Can Get Hydroponic Lettuce, But What Is In The Water... Well There Would Be Chlorine, Etc... I Know I Sound Paranoid, But With What I Been Through... No One Gets Ahold Of This Mans Brain Ever, Ever, Ever Again!!! Its Tough Being A Perfectionist Jacked Jesse... I Have To Watch My Potassium Intake As Well, It Tends To Build Up To Dangerous Levels... Only Got One Kidney That Works... I Have 4 In My Body, But Only One Works, And It Works Extremely Well... It Just Can't Take The Potassium A Pair Of Native Kidneys Can... I'll Keep Looking, But In The Mean Time, I Guess I Am An Eskimo!!! Once Again, Thank You For Your Input... I Appreciate Any And All Advice...

I don't understand why you have high testosterone level since you're not on TRT! SHBG can go down a little to help raise your free T, depending where your vit. D level stands, if low, take vitamin D3 10000 iu ed. two kidney transplant, wow! how you holding up? do you mind sharing what caused your kidney failure?

Well It Is A Genetic Situation... As Rare As It May Seem, My Father & Mother Both Had A Recessive Gene... What Is The Chance Of That??? This Gene Saw Our Kidney's As Foreign Body's... Then The Attack Was On... Our Own Immune Systems Destroyed Our Native Kidneys "Completely"... I Say Our, Because My Little Sister Has Had Two Transplants As Well... Started In 1980, And I Can't Even Begin To Explain The "HELL" We Have Gone/Going Through... It Is A Huge Story, There Is Dialysis Involved, Near Death Time And Time Again, And Actual Death 2x For My Sister (pulmonary Edema) Dead 2.5 minutes, I An My Wife Were There For That One... (Cardiac Arrest) Dead 4.5 Minutes, That One My Mom Was There For, She Has Not, And Will Never Be The Same... The Specialists Said, "When She Wakes Up, She Will Be A Vegetable" From Lack Of O2... She Is Fine (no brain damage), And Is Living In Town Here With Her Husband, And 3 Adopted Children, She Has Made It 20 Years One Her Second X-plant... So Much For The Professionals Huh??? She Got The Disease When She Was 11y.o. It Stunted Her Growth, She Is 4'11"... I've Defied Death Etc Many Times Myself... The Disease Is Medullary Cystic Disease, Kinda Rare... The Story Is Huge, And I Would Rather Stop Right Here... But Thank You For Your Concern...

Yes, I Have NO Parathyroids, Hence No Control Over Calcium, Yet I Have No Bone Loss... I Take .25mcg. Calcitriol (Suped Up Vit. D) But I Also Take Around 8-10,000 I.U. Vitamin D3... My Calcium Is 9.6 Range 8.4-10.2... Vit D Level Was 85 ng/dl I Know It Was A Little High, But I Cannot Remember The Range... Note: My Little Sister Had 90% Bone Lose In Her Hip, And 85% In Her Lower Back... I Have Had NO Osteopenia (Osteoporosis)... The Only One Out Of 5000 X-plants... The Sugeon, Transplant Coordinators, And Etc... Couldn't Believe It, But I Could... I Am A "BODYBUILDER" Damn It!!! No One, Not Even Doctors Have A Clue That I'm A Renal Person, And We Renal People Can Be Spotted A Mile Away By A Blind Person... So, Put Your Hands Together For Decades Of Bone Twisting & Torquing Via "BODYBUILDING"!!!

Thank You, You Just Have To Play The Hand You Are Delt... I Had A psychiatrist (pusher man) Hurt Me So Much Worse Than The Renal Disease Could Even Come Close To... Actually I Was Running Around 399 TT In 2003, And It Finally Made It To 303 in 09, Thats When I Was Prescribed The Cyp. Then The Test Went Up Markedly... I Have Charts With Readable Graphs. If I Could Post These You Could See What Has Gone On Since 03... All I Know, Is That I Changed My Diet Drastically, Got Rid Of All Of The Crap... You've Seen My Diet, And Don't Like It... But It Is My Only Explanation For The Elevated Testosterone That I Have... It Is Pure Caveman, Except I Can't Find Any Wild Berries, And I Cook My Meat LMAO!!! Keep In Mind, The Eggs I Eat Are From Grass Fed, Fertilized Free Roaming Chickens, The Yolks Are Almost Red... And No, I Do NOT Refrigerate Them, Hell That Ruins The Amino Acid Profile... Way To Many Brain Washed People In America... So Maybe G.E. And Amana Struck Up A Deal With The USDA??? Visit Europe, The Eggs Are Setting On Pallets In The Isles... Now, Here In The U.S. There Is NO Doubt If I Bought My Eggs From The Supermarket, I Would Refrigerate Em' Cause There "Shit"!!! Remember, Vince Gironda Had His Trainees Eating 3 Dozen Fertilized, Grass Fed Raw Eggs Per Day... He Said, This Would Equal A Good Dose Of D-Bol... Now Were Talking Larry Scott Here (larry is a real nice guy, trained me for 2 years) And Arnold, And Etc... Not To Mention Movie Stars Like Clint Eastwood, Cher, Travolta, And On, And On... He Was The Trainers Trainer... The True "Iron Guru"... Thanks P.S. Technically, I Should Probably Get And E2 "Assay"... Perhaps I Could Free Up A Little More Vitamin T... P.S.S. No, I Cannot Explain The High T...

I like your way of thinking with your food sources. I am almost as careful as you are with where my food ORIGINALLY came from. I am a HUGE believer in the idea that eating all organic non-pocessed foods starting about 10 months ago has greatly improved my well being. TRT has made a massive impact as well, I thank God for it every day.
