"Many of the body's hormones influence growth, such as growth hormone , thyroxine, insulin , and corticosteroids (all of which influence growth rate), leptin (which alters body composition), and parathyroid hormone, 1,25-dihydroxy-vitamin D, and calcitonin (all of which affect skeletal mineralization). However, the key hormone in growth is GH which is mediated by growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) and somatostatin (SS). Growth hormone secretion is increased by GHRH and decreased by somatostatin. Both growth hormone levels and IGF-I (somatomedin-C) levels rise during puberty. The increase is most marked during mid and late puberty and correlates best with pubertal stage, bone age, and time from peak height velocity (PHV)."

please note: corticosteroids are not anabolic steroids .

Also, while teenagers do grow in size during puberty, that don't get jacked without lifting weights.

Also, just because a teacher says something doesn't mean it's always true. My Sunday school teacher taught me many things with which my science teacher disagrees.
i was talking about bone density and muscle growth..aka becoming a man framewise, rather than vertical height. I never said they get jacked, I just said that a significant change in body composition occurs from being a child to a man, with no effort. It is all due to changes in hormone levels. I jsut used this as an example to show that building muscle could occur from other things besides tearing the muscle and rebuilding it through diet.
Steroids do cause muscle growth and strength increase even without training.
The studies are out there, if anybody wants to take 5 seconds to look.

    was the HGH from pharma?
The HGH was Elli Lilly Humatrope i was doing 1.5 Ius a day and was using it as my post cycle. I Was saying how I noticed increased definition and vascularity. I was very happy with results and am tryin to decide if i should just buy that again, or if i should buy Omintrope or Norditropin.

Ok goodbye, i know the results i got... I know what I was doing, and know what I am doing. I dont just put random crap in my body i research everything. This is a forum where people ask questions and get help, not a place for people whose only accomplishments in life is taking steriods and lifting so they can talk down to people who are trying to get all the facts about things they are intertested in. You are a jerk plain and simple (could call you worse but rather not use profanity), the humatrope also helped an injury I recieved by a road side bomb in iraq. It made the pain go away for a long time, but i guess that didnt happen either. How about you use your knowledge to educate people rather than deny their claims and try and mock someone whose only mistake was asking advice on a forum that allows people like you to comment

i grew up during puberty but I was not muscular .. Why would women grew up during puberty is it cuz of high t levels?

Back when I was in college my teacher told me that working out has a complimentary effect to using roids. That means even if you dont work out you will still get good results, but if you do work out, keep shit in check etc, your gains will be beastly.

    was he a biology teacher?

idk how people can use gear and make bad progress.....makes no sense to me, as i gave made decent progress on no gear and low t.

i did. I screwed up a cycle or two cuz my diet and/or training wasn't on spot

    In bold ..
