    HGH and maintenance/anti aging use

Just curious does anyone use HGH year round for, I guess, Anti Aging purposes while on TRT? Help sleep, less sore, more energy.

I am thinking about running small dose, such as 1 - 2 UI upon waking daily, and not sure if anyone else has. I am going to get my IGF tested prior to doing this, but just wondered if anyone noticed anything good out of this.

Maybe you have issues that are not testosterone related. I would agree it is not a magic pill, but disagree with most everything else you say. I would say many and most doctors under dose test. If you are a lifter and have low t you would have a different opinion , as when I was low I could barely get through my training session.

Could it possibly be the combo making it much better?

You don't feel an issue shooting HGH daily? I know its subQ, but still every day shots seem like a lot. Does it really make a huge difference? My test levels are much higher than when I started @ 800ish compared to 200, but I still have some issues. Some days I am sluggish, I have a hard time sleeping on our brand new tempurpedic mattress, and still do have some "bed room" issues which Im not sure if its cause im over training or not. Even on a blast, I still wasn't a hound dog like I imagined I would be.

Tim I did tht protocol for two years but it's a 1+1=3. The HGH alone is not enough. Add a small dose of Deca to tht protocol and your body will feel twenty years younger. But I do agree fat melts off. Takes age off and you feel wonderful. Although I do get a little bloat.

I felt great at the 1.5 IU per day and I am looking to start again. As test was saying, I had similar improvements with feeling better from the old injuries I had and interestingly enough, when I stopped my protocol they slowly creeped back.

I go back and forth with taking test at .7 ml once a week. I was at 300 when I started though and my symptoms with low energy and focus were bad.

I think Heats 1+1=3 comment has merit and that's based on how I felt coupled with research.

It does feel like you are slave to these "supplements" at times and the $$ are a big investment. The return on this "investment" in terms of improved quality of life is the difference IMO.

@rida - I'd say I noticed a difference within a week on my protocol of GH. The BB's are a different story IMO. i don't know about GH for strength, muscle growth, or the effects the BB'ers are seeking. I feel that GH is most beneficial for me to cope with the arthritis I have and for recovery from the gym.

how much deca we talking here? i have it thru my current clinic (not the sponsor here) and wonder how much anyone else is on per week, and for what length of time,

i have heard there are studies linking hgh, and deca to heart issues, as they harden valves and such, any merit to this? ill find the studies...

also what merit does cancer have in association to hgh usage? ive seen a bunch of guys say it make cancer very aggressive? any merit to that? as ive yet to actually see any studies linking these?

Before I was even allowed to look at GHRP 6 or HGH I had to do a few tests from Crisler to make sure I was not prone to cancer and I think anyone who runs it should because it can kill you quick from what I understand. Also my IGF was over 420 so he said it would be a waste of money to even mess with it at this point.

If I was low I would do real HGH I think prob 1-2 IU's because I think it does help and keeps you young looking, I lucked out I guess with a good IGF #.

Ryanmcd I did have my igf numbers they were at 60 on a scale of 0-400 thats the real reason to pull the trigger on hgh .How old are you??

If your igf numbers are 420 total waste..I really think the older the better when it comes to HGH.. Maybe thats why so little so does so much for me..Makes sense.. LIFES a crap shoot.. I will take my chances feeling good and young over the latter..

I am 38, also a high IGF will keep you alive long as Crisler asked about my family and most lived to late 90's early 100s so I guess the plus to running IGF in a normal range is it may help you life a longer better life. I keep getting it checked every year so if it starts to drop I have no problems starting it.

I'll be keeping an eye on this as well re the pre-screen tests you had.

Ryan congrats on those IGF#'s. I needed GH to get in the 400 range at 40. Baseline was 224.

Test - When you run GH it's pinned in the am when you first wake up and you need 30 to 40 minutes before you eat any carbs. i used to keep the dose ready - prepared the night before so I didn't have to do too much the day of injection. If/when I take GH again I would probably get the whole week of doses prepared and in the fridge to make it easier in the am.

Here are the tests I ran so I am guessing it's the bottom 2 he wanted.

    IGF I, LC/NS 432 (53-331 ng/mL) H
    Z SCORE (MALE) 2.7 (-2.0 -+2.0 SD) H

    INSUUN <2 «17 uIU/ml)
    IGF BINDING PROTEIN 3 (IGFBP 3) 4.3 (3.4-7.0 mg/l)

To go from 2-400 how many IU's was that? Also how long did it take to see any effects? My doc said it takes a few months to get any effects but you keep it.

As for my comment on the Deca . I'm adding it to my protocol at 150mg's a week. I think ths is a little aggressive but I've been going through some back issues. To me it's like taking your car to get lubed. The Deca lubes the whole body. It's truly a amazing product. As for HGH alone I would not waste the money. The sex drive you get from HGH is from the combo of the test. Of course I call HGH a facelift in a bottle. It's cheaper and has a better effect.

maybe this is a stupid question... how does ghrp2 or 6 compare with hgh? and what role does sermorelin play here?

It was slightly over 1 month at 3 IU's and then dropped to 1.5. This was a part of a larger protocol too that included Test Cyp and GHRP 6 / Sermorelin. Since I started all the pharms at once, it was difficult to pinpoint what effects came from each.

I noticed strength increases weekly and had vascularity all over the place - even in my abs and mid section which was a first for me. The side effects of tingling hands and arms were really difficult. I do know that was from the GH. EVERY morning was borderline painful in both arms from the GH.

For me, it's hard to say if I "kept" the gains from GH. I think that's the case. In the last year since starting TRT I have hit some PR's in the gym that are way above what I had wished for. 300+ bench press and just hit 300 for 3 reps on the shoulder hammer strength machine. I'm not pushing to hit higher weights either it's just the natural progression from higher reps at lower weights.

So hard for me to say. There are scientific explanations available on here and you will find guys that are adamant about not "wasting" their money on GHRP.

IMO - they are both IGF boosters but GH is more effective. GH is also pricey. My thought at the moment, if you are pinning something everyday or even 5 on 2 off, why not use GH even at a lower dose instead of GHRP.

All I know that gh mess me up
Can't sleep, fingers are tingle even at 1 iu a day
I had to stop, just did not make me feel good I'm on test 200 a week and boy
As far as sexdrive and appearance within a week u look and feel different everything looks fuller, muscular on U but hgh does melt pound off of U for sure last year I was on for 4 months and took all the sides ... But does it worth it?
