Hey all, Latest labs Jan 2014

I was struggling with high Hemoglobin/Hematocrit for awhile. Now it appears to be under control with frequent donations. Might have to decrease the frequency some. I donate around 8 times a year.

HRT is 120mg 1x weekly IM. Injection was on saturday, labs done on tuesday (3 days after injection).

    AI maybe 1x a month @ .25mg, ldex.

Things are going well otherwise. Been going to gym consistently.

I feel fine. I took .25 ldex the day after my injection. Looks like it crashed my E2. I will lay off the ldex. I take ldex maybe 1x a month.

To clarify on the AI. My E2 does go up to top of range and I occasionally take .25mg ldex to bring it down. The AI is really strong as you can see.

I dont even take it consistently. Like 1x a month at most.

Yeah...I wouldn't know personally, but everyone says they feel like complete trash when their E2 gets in the low mid teens on the sensitive, let alone 4, lol! Glad you feel good though!

Its not normally 4. It creeps up over time. My last BW it was over 50.

Interesting. Have you ever tried slightly dropping the T dose to see if you E2 doesn't slowly creep up? Just curious...I'm learning here myself.

^^ That's exactly what he should do for several reasons. You're looking for relative consistency and your E2 should not always be "creeping" up on you. Your Free T is fine, reduce your dose and split your injections. Reduction in dosage will also help keep your hema in control.

E2 creeps up along with hemoglobin even with split dosages and lower dosages. The only way to stop them from creeping up is to stop HRT completely.

    I tried:

    50mg 2x a week IM, 50mg 2x a week SQ, 100mg 1x a week IM, 100mg 1x a week SQ. All with same results. E2/hemo creep up over time.

Next lab Ill try .1 mg ldex a month prior and see how it goes. Hemo go up slower if I do a double red. Takes longer for my body to recover.

On a positive my cholesterol is under 200! Was 210 on last visit.

Damn that's crazy! I wonder what the deal is? Have you tried 40mg's twice a week?

I did 80mg 1x week IM. Also did androgel which basicaly just raised my e2 and not my test levels. E2 doesn't raise that quickly. Sometimes I can go a few months without an ai.

Really intriguing GFA. Keep tracking it. Eventually you'll find what works.

Ya I don't mind the blood donations every 2 months. Hrmo doesn't go up as fast as it used to. I hover between 12 and 15 now.

E2 slowly creeps up but manageable. Need to find the right dose. I'm very sensitve to the ldex.
