Blood work back, came in low.. Other questions? KEL!

In bold, AST and ALT.. Appears I'm extremely over on those tests. A quick google search showed they represent liver enzymes.

One of the 'causes' of elevated liver enzymes (according to the mayo clinic website) is hypothyroidism. Which I assume could also be the cause of my low testosterone levels at just 28 years old?

    Kel, any input??

On another note, I did another search. I've been taking Dayquil/Nyquil daily for about a week prior to the test (head cold).

They contain acetimetiphen which apparently can elevate liver enzymes?

    Could that be an explanation?

Many things can cause elevated liver enzymes. Simply working out will. Mine are always elevated.

Muscular exercise can cause highly patho... [Br J Clin Pharmacol. 2008] - PubMed - NCBI

Take NAC daily. Austin did a write up on it. Check his educational sticky.

Would be good to see a full thyroid panel including TSH, FT3, FT4, RT3 and antibodies. Prolactin, Cortisol, SHBG. Need to find what's keeping you low and rectify it. LH/FSH a bit low as well.

These were simply the tests LowT prescribes.

6', used to measure at 6'1" but shrunk in the past few years.
    185 lbs. Somewhere between 18-20%
    No AAS or PH use.
No continual prescription usage. Most recent usage was about a year ago, cyclobenzaprine for back pain. Didn't even finish the prescription, did nothing for me.
I did go through a period where I had migraines nearly every day. Took Tylenol migrane relief on those occasions. Had wisdom teeth removed, completely mitigated the migraines. This was 3+ years ago.
    No serious trauma or injuries.

    Ok, so what's your plan?
Are you going with Low T or another course of action?

Probably stick with Low T. I suppose that will all depend on what the Dr says.

Are the liver values anything I should worry about? or just supplement with NAC and go on about getting treated?

Dr appt today went awesome. Dr is extremely knowledgeable, spent about 45 minutes just talking about causes and effects, he was fairly impressed with the research I hag done. He prescribed 50mg twice a week, sub q. he also prescribed hcg twice a week. He's going to go ahead and prescribe ai but doesn't want me to take it before the 6 week bw. he prescribed it just in case I start showing symptoms of aromatization.

He also suggested a few otc supplements that I'm going to ask austinite about over in the supplement section
