Cool What a Difference E3.5D Makes

The last 4-5 weeks, I have been running my test injections 90mg every 3.5 days, rather than the 180mg every week that the clinic had me on. WOW -- what a difference! I also switched up timing of my supporting medications as well: hCG 24 hours before test and AI 24 hours after test (smaller dose). I feel like I am finally getting dialed in and feeling great. The roller coaster rides have subsided and I feel no major differences on Day 1 vs. Day 7 in the week -- all feel great!

I had BW taken today so looking forward to a recent panel to see how my levels have been impacted by the recent changes.

Thanks to this board and to all the contributing posters who make this place a great one to learn from!!!!

    /K

Outstanding! Hopefully you'll be able to make a reduction in your AI dosage as well. Don't fret over injections having to be exactly 3.5 days either. Every 3-4 days is just fine!

Look forward to seeing your blood work.

Yeah, with the lack of variance in how I feel, I don't sweat the timing too much. But the AM/PM splits actually work well in my schedule. The only difference is I'm traveling a lot from coast to coast so I may do Monday AM east coast and Thursday PM west coast. I don't worry about the time zone differences.

I dropped my AI to .25mg three times a week (vs the .5mg three times that was prescribed). I've lost the crash feeling so it seems to be better. Anxious to see what the BW says. Will share when I get results.

    Thanks!
