Is testicle shrinkage Inevitable with TRT?

Hey Folks - I am relatively new to this site and was wondering if a replacement therapy ultimately leads to testicle shrinkage and increase male breast? My plan is to optimize my levels and not to go beyond the physiological limit. If my Dr. prescribes me 100mg per week, will it lead to these side effects? Thank you.

Not to come off as a jerk, but I bet if you spent no more than 10 minutes reading through the stickies and/or using the search function, both of your quesions would be answered.

There is loads of good info on the site. Spend some time and read up.

Good luck on your TRT. It's a never ending learning process for all of us!

Not to come off as a jerk, but if you have no intention of answering a question, stay out of it, instead of trying to be an arbiter of what people ask in this forum.

I love how the first reply about the ball sack was from ballsak :-)

Yes, 100mg/wk will have sides, how bad will vary on many things, yes, you will 100% shut down LH production and you will lose your balls. Your jizz will turn to sludge, your skin will increase in oil (how much varies) you could get acne etc etc.

I had no balls for a long time, I got used to not having balls (balls get in the way) eventually the wife was like, I got nothin here to play with when I'm suckin on the lolly pop so I told the doc enough was enough, I want HCG . My balls came back, and I forgot how much they get in the way :-)

HCG keeps my jizz from not being sludge, helps with my sense of well being. I'm taking B5 and zinc for my oily ass skin and it helps, I only turn into a walking grease ball when I stress out real bad.

Your only gonna grow tits if you have estrogen problems and you don't do anything about it. On my TRT dose I'm able to control my estrogen with OTC stuff.

What I meant to ask you was that if you stop the treatment of TRT, do your balls reverse back to its original size or is it irreversible?

If you start TRT you were prescribed it for a reason, your "balls will shut down'" if you dont introduce HCG . Will they come back on their own? I cant answer that but I will promise you will hate life hating to find out. TRT is a lifetime commitment, commit or dont start. It has been the best thing I have done for myself and will not look back and am in this for the long haul.

Just make sure you do HCG with your protocol and you'll keep your balls, monitor estrogen and you won't grow moobs.

Even if HCG wasn't on option and I'd lose my balls, screw it, they don't work right anyway and just get in they way, I'd give them up without a second thought. But my mom gave them to me so I'm kind of sentimental about it, so I run HCG now.

How so? HCG appears to have brought things more in line. Are you saying HCG will make it worse and there must be another factor involved?

Humor? I don't know about that. But I'm fairly certain that every woman who reads posts such as these will think what dignified gentleman reside here and will respect men accordingly.

Sorry jump. Certainly no arbiter. I did have intentions of answering your questions. That's why I pointed you to the wealth of info found on this site.

Well I googled it and can't find any gentlemanly technical terms for the "effect". It was my wife that first commented that it was "loogie like".

As ballsak said in the 2nd post, you have obviously not spent more than 10 minutes studding what TRT is because you dont seem to have even the basic basics understanding.

TRT is for life, no a week, month, 6 months or year. If you want to come off TRT then expect your dick to stop working, getting depressed and feeling 10x worse than you did before you started.

If you are looking to cycle then you are in the wrong section and it's a whole different ballgame. What is it you are really looking to achieve? What makes you think you NEED TRT?

FYI I think you should stick with plan A, waiting.

When a man first considers embarking on TRT, it can be daunting. There is so much to know. No one wants to discourage you from posting comments or asking questions. That is the sole purpose of this site - along with mutual encouragement. But as has been said, this site has a wealth of information that you can study and that will help any beginner's understanding enormously.

It may also be useful if you said something about your medical history and asked specific questions related to it. The members here would be very eager to give you a helping hand in understanding things while you are on your TRT journey. I wish you well, as I'm sure the other members here do too.

I believe your best answer is stated below. From my experience... I ex permitted with aas in early 2002 I wasn't educated on Hcg , just told by a buddy to "do this and that and take a pct) Hcg wasn't included in that. Needless to say at one point prior to my Hcg discovery I swear my nuts were bigger when I was 11. Haha all jokes aside:.. Been on TRT for nearly 8 months and have used Hcg the entire time.
Hcg made wonders for the boys, they got there plumpness back and most importantly they swing back and forth again. I have noticed they do draw up quite a bit when fully erect. Hey I have pictures if u wan see what I'm talking g about?

No really I'm f/k'n with ya read read and re read the stickies my friend. Re as much about Hcg and YOUR body as u can.
