Just got my lab work done this week and I don't know where to start regarding fixing my LH/FSH...estro and prolactin will be easy but any/all guidance regarding this matter would be heavily appreciated.
I guess I should note that I've been on TRT for about 2.5 years now. Never had any issues. Also just finished 5 months of blasting tren at 400mg/week roughly a month ago. The issues started when I stopped taking prami about 2 weeks after my last tren injection. By issues I mean low sex drive...other than that I am normal...maybe a little more depressed than usual but other than that I am fine.

Shadow530i, Your TSH and LH are low because you are on TRT. Whenever someone uses AAS they will get shutdown. I find it hard to believe that you don't know this. May I ask why you were put yourself on TRT at 22yrs of age?

Ok, like DD said above, your LH and FSH will always be bottomed out when on testosterone as your bodies feedback mechanism is telling it it does not need to produce anymore and that's normal.
Your prolactin is high because you did not control your estrogen while running tren for a ridiculously long period of time. When you don't control your E your prolactin can and usually will rise on progestins. Even while using a DA if all is not balanced relatively well problems can arise. Elevated E and P can both wreak havoc on libido. Oh, and go give blood too to lower your hematocrit. Hydrate better as well.Last edited by kelkel; 07-04-2014 at 09:39 PM.

Not sure what my profile says but I am 26 now. Got put on TRT by a doc for low test when I was 24. It was a GP physician not an endo. He didn't tell me shit. Since then I've moved and when I got my new doc I just told him I was on TRT and he gave me the same dosage, then he eventually referred me to a urologist because my estro was high and the urologist wanted to lower my dose...I said no thanks and to just prescribe me an AI but they said they do not give higher doses than 100mg/wk of test and I was on 150....then my GP physician told me that because I turned down the urologist he was cutting me off to "CYA" so I have been taking care of myself ever since.
I'll get my estro and prolactin in check though. Thanks for the info, had me a little worried.
How could you tell I need to hydrate better? Only reason I ask is I carry a gallon jug around with me and get at least one down per day...

I would like to ask you as knowledge TRT member. What is your LH and FSH on "normall" TRT dosage? Is it really under 0.2? Or Shadow has so low numbers just due to using very strong androgenic components?
Thank you

I don't really recall as they bottom out. The only time to test them on TRT is the first BW after initiation of testosterone therapy , 6 weeks in or so. After that it's pointless.
