Thyroid Testing
Wasn't sure where to post this.
Which test is better for testing the Thyroid, Blood or Saliva?
Has anyone had one done and tested negative and then had the other done and tested positive for a Thyroid issue?
Thanks!!!

What Ballsak said… And def bloodwork over saliva. Have your T3 T4 tested, and don't waste your time with TSH. Even though TSH the one most often used by doctors, it's not very accurate. I had "so called" normal TSH and my T3 and T4 were in the dumps. Not to mention, the new standard for normal TSH is higher than it used to be, but most docs and labs still go by the old numbers.
