    Testosterone and erections

Hi. I'm 22, and I have been on TRT since january. Before treatment, I was having horrible ED. I'm now on 100mg weekly of T cypionate and my erections greatly improved. I still have problems, but I don't know if its mental now or if I have some other problem.
My urologist refuses to increase the dose to see what happens, all he wants to do is prescribe me V... But I'd rather fix the problem if possible.

This issue is driving me nuts, cause I keep thinking about it.

So I would like to know if more testosterone could really make a diference. My levels now are:

    Free T: 13,02 ng/dL (3,17 - 19,04)
    Total T: 7,54 ng/mL (2,45 - 16,00)

I converted this values to more common units using a webcalc:

    Free T: 0.451 nmol/L
    Total T: 753 ng/Dl

These values are from before the next injection. He says its good enough cause I'm already in the normal range.
Are these levels good ? I feel ok. 100 times better than before treatment, and I get fine erections, I just lose them quickly. I don't know if its mental, but I would like to at least rule out the testosterone.

    Thanks.

Thinking about losing an erection is the easiest way not to keep one.

    Relax.

For me I would get an erection and last about 50 seconds and gone at 100mg/week test. Upped to 160-175 a week and no issue with them going away. Add Cialis and I am a porn star.

So yes..a small bump can make a difference.

Also it takes time to improve the condition. Most people are still improving after 2 years on TrT...I did not want to wait 24 months and upped dose to 175

I can keep it if I'm watching. I've cut p0rn of my life. It's been over a month now.
I get morning wood sometimes. Not everyday though.

I would be very happy if they lasted for 50 minutes. Once I stop stimulation it's gone in 10 seconds. So erections can take more than 2 years to improve?? I read it took up to 6 months..

What were your levels at 100mg a week?

What about my levels? Do they seem alright?

Are u losing it having sex or sex acts? If so it maybe mental. Like performace anxiety. If not. You may want to get blood work. Maybe side of estrogen or prolactin maybe?

I lose it when masturbarting or when having sex. My estrogen was 25 and my prolactin was within range.

its specific to all of us it seems.....i was taking test inj and clomid , but i dropped the clomid (thus i assume lowering my e2) and blammo.... wood city.

and of course , stop jerking off 50 times a day..( i should talk) ..it certainly decreases the sensitivity!!!

Having some conversion problems, but based on your ranges id say you're around where I was at 100mg a week. I never experienced ed but I never had before treatment either.

Test and ed don't always coincide. You can have optimal levels and still have ed. Or like me, have low levels and have no ed.

Back to your levels, I believe they are still low. Yes, within range, but still lower then you should be aiming.
I don't believe they are the cause for your ed.

You should go more by how you feel than by T levels alone and give it more time

I have a pituitary tumor.. because of that, I produce very little LH and FSH.

I have to look for another webcalc then haha.

Thanks for your input. I'm starting to think its all in my head now... I failed so many times when I had low T that I guess I got traumatized... haha
