22 Years Old - Blood Work Complete - Low Free Test - Can You Determine Anything?

    Hi guys,

My docs in Tdot are ****ing brutal when it comes to getting work done. Had to bully a doc into doing it just to get lectured for an hour after getting the results.

Regardless, I've been feeling insanely fatigued even after 8 hours of sleep each night. I lift heavy, eat very VERY clean. I've been able to grow muscle but not at the rate in which I should be, compared to buddies who are natty and grow like monsters on such shit diets. Anywho, im moreso here for the fatigue issue. It stinks.

    Results:

    Testosterone : 14.2 nmol/L (8.4-28.8 range)

    Free Test: 17.3 pmol/L (31.0-94.0 range)

    Free T3: 4.4 pmol/L (3.5-6.5 range)

    Free T4: 18 pmol/L (9-23 range)

    TSH: 1.46 mIU/L (0.3-4.00 range)

    FSH: 2 IU/L (2-8 range)

    LH: 4 IU/L (2-6 Range)

    Thoughts?

Well, your FT is quite low which is what works for you. Total T doesn't matter.
What's your E2, shbg, prolactin and cortisol levels? All these can effect Testosterone .
