    Interesting blood work??

Previously was on doctor prescribed TRT Test Cyp at 120 mg injected once weekly, 0.5 mg Adex day following and no HCG . My total serum levels came in around 900-1000 ng/dL with blood taken day before weekly injection.
Now I changed to self administration of UGL Test E and HCG.
Test E 75mg twice weekly (increased dosage in case test under dosed), HCG 250 IU twice weekly, and 0.25 mg Adex every five days. New blood work taken one day after Test and two days after HCG and serum levels came in at 2000 ng/dL which was way higher that I expected. E2 was perfect right in middle of range. So the UGL Test E appears to be accurately dosed. My question is: how much is the HCG adding to my total Test levels. Also by injecting twice weekly it looks like I can probably eliminate the Adex. I invite Kels comments

Im just guessing but you went from taking blood 6 days after shooting to 1 day and increased dose from a total of 120 a week to 150. I would think that might have more to to with the increase than the hcg

im in for a veteran guesstimate on how much hcg influences total/free levels also, but you should have tested on the same day as your previous bw to get a more apples to apples comparison brotha.

I agree with both of the above comments. This time I wanted to have an idea of what my peak values were. The Test E is dosed higher than I imagined so I will cut back to 120 mg week. With twice weekly injections of test and HCG on different days I don't have the full week for levels to drop

I was prescribed TRT at a clinic in the US last winter and did a trial 12 week program with positive results. I live in Canada and most GPs will not touch TRT with a ten foot pole because they don't know a thing about it. My nat test levels came in at 400 ng/dL which is at the low end of "normal" range. Fortunately I have come across a doctor that will give me blood tests at my request but no treatment (he did not know that E2 was estradiol) so just as well. I have learned a ton of info from this site as well as others and am prepared to self administer

Exactly correct above. You tested at testosterone 's peak, which is around 24 hrs or so. How much HCG influences test is naturally dose dependent. Assuming a subject is secondary hypo I've read numbers from 50 - 300ng/dl but can't back that up at the moment. Some astute docs will have their patients go off of HCG for the week prior to BW to get a clear picture of what "only" the testosterone will do. HCG's half life is app 24 hrs or so...
