    Can hcg help you lose weight during trt?

    I was wondering if hcg is part of your trt protocol if it also helps you loose body fat?

    NO. The whole hcg diet stuff is 100% myth. Loosing body fat is about diet and exercise.

    I wasn't talking about the hcg diet just hcg in general with test, but I'll take that as a no also. I appreciate the answer. My first go with trt my doc didn't use hcg and I'm hoping this time with a new doc that he will.
