Time for me to start HCG

So Ive now been on Cypionate 50mg E3D for 7 weeks, Im just waiting to get bloodwork back for Free T, Total T, and Estradiol. I currently feel like this amount of Test is working quite nice and I dont think I need to up it (maybe slightly in the future depending on labs etc). Anyways once my bloodwork comes in I think its time to add in HCG as I am starting to notice some atrophy. I am looking forward to adding it reading the articles on this website and a few others, seems like a good addition. Ive just got a couple questions for those of you using it.. How has HCG factored into your libido on HRT? Also even if I dont need an AI now should I have an AI on hand in case HCG does increase my E more then id like, or give HCG a month repeat bloodwork and then go from there?

You can start hCG now. The dose is up to you but 750iu/week seems to be the most common. Take 250iu the day before your Test shot. If you read the articles on this forum on hCG, most of your other questions will be answered.

Regarding your question about an AI, I'd suggest you go by your blood work first and this will help you listen to your body better.

You may also want to consider low daily doses of both hCG and T to keep your E2 under better control.

Okay thanks, personally the less injection days the better. My plan was to go 250iu on the same day as my shot. Will taking it the day before my shot make any difference?

Only you can tell. But the logic goes that hCG makes for a slight rise in T on the off days of your shots. After all, it stimulates your testes T production.

I have been on trt with no HCG for a few months. I recently added HCG a few weeks ago due to sore balls. I have noticed they plumped back up and are no longer sore. My sex drive has also been stimulated in a positive way and I am happy with the results. I didn't think I would notice any difference but I really have. Go for it.

YES, but hCG makes for more T production. This is science. It fills in the blanks, so to speak. Whether you notice it or not, is an individual thing.

Example: I was on 100iu hCG/day. I increased to 125/day. I noticed an increase in testicular size. As far as other changes, the jury is still out but I'll bet blood work will show an increase in T level. It's logic. It's science.

HCG will do a bit for libido also. It will also raise your E2 a little so you have to weigh how much vs your E2. I'm good at 500 iu. That's just me. I'm going to up it later and see what happens to BW.

How do you feel on the days you inject vs non injection days? Is it noticeable you took hcg in any way? Also thats a lot of injection days does that not bother you?

Im currently doing T cyp E3D but Ill probably switch to 2x/week just for the consistency and then try and plug hcg in there somewhere. I hope hcg actually does reinflate my balls without doing anything negative to libido

I don't feel any different on injection days. Yes it is a lot of injections but it's worth it for me. I preload syringes and inject sub q so it's really not much of a hassle. Just routine like brushing your teeth.

You seem to be expressing the same doubts in different ways. I'd suggest you read up on hCG . Start wit the "stickies" on this forum. It's common knowledge that hCG can only help you feel better. No matter how many different ways you ask a question about this, you're still going to get the same answer. hCG is GOOD for you.

Ya I have read the stickies, and your right ive only really heard good things. I tend to overworry/overanalize sometimes, call it a personality flaw .
