You have the sperm count of a guy with a vasectomy (uselessly low). And those that you do have are sluggish or don't move at all.
So yeah, you're basically infertile. Was this the goal?

Not at all. I'm a 26 year old at least what I thought healthy guy. I do have low test, so I don't know if that's the cause? I don't know what to think right now, kind of in a state of shock.

Testosterone is needed for sperm production (along with FSH).
So yeah, it is all linked.

Get a full hormone panel so that we can get a better idea of what is going on here.

Those numbers aren't great, but they aren't bad enough to cause infertility. I'd think the infertility is more a coincidence than a direct effect of low T.
Do you have your SHBG results? I would think it very high.

    Yep my SHBG is 37.

In the presence of low T, you don't think the infertility is caused bc of the low T?

Your total T isn't all that low. Still plenty high to produce sperm.

Ah, got it. You didn't mention in your list of what you were taking, and I thought it was odd for zinc and B12 to be elevated without supplementing, and was trying to think of what it might mean.
