    FINALLY..a doctor

So yesterday just as I thought all hope was lost in finding a doctor willing to treat me (due to being shut down by 4 already after looking for months) I had a meeting with a doctor who seemed rather open over email. After meeting her in person she was better then I ever would have expected. She tested me for everything.. food allergies, organ systems via acupuncture, nervous system etc. We went over past bloodwork and she agreed to treat me. Today we met again and she agreed to put me on HRT (I told her I had been self medicating for roughly 2.5 months) . She said she preferred creams but was still willing to prescribe cypionate if I was more comfortable with that. We talked it over and ended up sticking to cypionate and she let me keep my 50mg E3D schedule which is awesome. On top of this she prescribed me hcg @ 250iu E3D and she is willing to adjust as needed. She also noticed my liver was underperforming possibly due to chemotherapy in the past and gave me liver pill vitamins as well as DIM in an attempt to keep E2 low and an AI hopefully unnecessary. She wants to see me again in 4 weeks to reevaluate and retest in 3 months. We are doing comprehensive bloodwork the day after tomorrow including DHT, estradiol, estriol, estrone, free testosterone , Cortisol, progesterone, dhea, and androstenidione (she was willing to prescribe off the few other blood tests I showed her from previous times). Through testing she noticed some imbalance in my adrenals as well so bloodwork should reveal whats going on there. Last but not least she said she isn't 100% convinced Ill have to be on this for life. Once everything is place and life is more convenient (really crucial and busy time for me right now) she would like to SEE if I can possibly restart and if not continue as is. I am so excited I dont have to self medicate anymore I feel a huge weight lifted and as you guys can see I found a good one! For any self medicators out there keep trying!

That's good news. Hope everything works out. Hopefully you can re start. I can't help but think of Jomamma007 when I think of restarts but it's always worth a shot.

An update: This week my energy and mood has been great! I really think DIM does a good job in lowering E2 Ive only been taking 50mg/day and can definately tell a difference even though Ive added hcg . I also think hcg is playing a part in my mood. I did notice on wednesday when I injected T and HCG my mood was crappy halfway through the day I think my E2 went up, I took an extra 50mg of DIM and felt a decent bit better after. HCG is already definately taking effect too, the last 3 evenings my balls have been bigger then any point since ive started TRT so definately not placebo. My libido is roughly the same as before starting my new program although it feels a bit different in a way its hard to explain (feels more in my genitals then head). It is much better then pre TRT but still could use a bit of a boost although I expect a full year to find my sweet spots and let T do its thing but so far this journey has been great.

Congrats brother, there is nothing like that feeling is there? I upped my HCG to 1000 iu's and it does make a difference. The only thing better is if you could hook up with Kel's avi. Lol

Thanks guys! Ya Im only at 250iu e3d so thats roughly 600iu/week its only been a week so Ill see how that feels after about a month the doc is willing to go as high as 500iu every 2-3days so..We did a comprehensive hormone panel too the results should come back soon with a lot of hormones and some important ones I never got tested in the past like DHEA, DHT, and cortisol.

I also want to play with my DIM dose since 50mg is on the low side. Im going to bump it to 75-100mg/day and +25-50mg extra on injection day.

Just curious, are doctors right out of Medical School more receptive to testing? I'm not above gaming the system......

Im slowly working my way up but I HIGHLY doubt Ill ever take more then 200mg. At the progress im getting around 75-100mg the last couple days I feel even 200 could put me past my sweet spot. Ill get some numbers pulled in 3 weeks or so to see where my e2 is at that point and go from there
