    Ive fallen and cant get up.

    I wonder how much of a cardiovascular risk it is since it mentioned it but no details.

    Got to keep those T levels up (especially free T) .

    You know even though there is a lot of science mombo jumbo in the article I think a lot of us would just say Duhh. Most of this should be obvious or common sense.
