It shows a mid-range Estradiol level and a lower range total testosterone level.

in terms of T we talk about ng/dl usually which yours is 479. Your estradiol is 26.2 pg/ml, the usual units used when discussing estradiol.
honestly @ 41 years of age , these results are not bad, and definitely do not immediately warrant TRT
when was the blood drawn? what is your bf%/weight? Any drugs/alcohol the past month? what frequency/amount? Any prescription meds? What about your thyroid? What about your FREE T? (the one that really matters), SHBG? the list goes on.
You cant diagnose something, without the full picture, more blood work needs to be done
I would redraw blood first thing in the morning fasted, no drugs/alcohol/rx drugs/no dieting/get a good week's sleep before test and check the whole deal.
Male Comprehensive Hormone Panel Blood Test

•DHEA-S
•DHT
•Estradiol
•PSA
•Pregnenolone
•Total and Free Testosterone
•Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG)
•TSH
•Free T3

It's because not only the picture but further down there is a link to it when you are in edit mode. You have to remove both of them
