How low before you go on trt?

I just had some blood work done for some other stuff and asked for my free test to be checked. My number came back at 37 on a scale of 2?-142. When I was on cycle in the summer I had some done and it 327, I was on 600mg test 200mg tren e. At what number do you start to look at replacement therapy? My sex drive is nonexistent, I don't recover very well from my heavy training sessions, and I am tired and cranky all the time. Those symptoms and my low number have me wondering if it is time, even though this doc isn't going to do it while still in range. I have no problem self administering, I have a really good supplier, and the gear is nice and clean.

Zempey can you post what BW you have? Obviously 37 is low but with better BW we can possibly determine where the issue lies. More often than not there's a root cause although sometimes it is idiopathic. If you don't have substantial BW consider pulling the panel listed in the Finding A Doc Sticky at the top of this forum. Investigate before you medicate.

I only have the blood work from the summer when I was on cycle, this last one was for unrelated issues and I asked for my free test to be checked. I will post up what I have tonight after work.

Work toward getting the panel listed Zempey. So many things can contribute to low T.

It opened but doesn't really help when it comes to low T. You really need the type BW in the sticky with a competent doc. Self-administering is really not a good way to go.

Competent doctor up here, few and far between. This blood work was part of a physical, I asked to test for a few things regarding my cycle after in went south on me. I will go in and ask for a referral, until I see someone I will just continue as planned with my Dec cycle.

You can also order bloodwork online and go to a draw clinic that will take your blood. Wait, if you're in Canada I don't know if it works the same.
