25 gauge needles
I use 23 gauge , I'm having trouble having needles shipped to nj all the suppliers want a script , which I can get , but only 10 at a time . I found a place in Canada that will ship to me but only has 25 gauge , is that too small for test ? Or anyone know where I can get bulk shipped to nj ? Thx boys

I draw up the testosterone with a 22 gauge and inject with a 30 gauge. The T is so viscous it's slow with the 30 but is fine. 25 is good.

Yeah, I use 25 1 inch for the glutes and go as low as 5/8 (25) for the delts. Just be aware it will take more effort to push thru. ironically I did my left glute this morning which I hardly do because Im right handed and have trouble on that side, needlesss to say alot of movement, Im sure I will have some PIP tomorrow.

Any needle that you can push the oil through is big enough. Yes 25 gauge for pinning is fine

Thanks boys , I ordered them up

I hated drawing with the 25, took too damn long. If you can keep 1 23 for drawing and pin with the 25.

^^^^ good point, I use an 18 to draw and load up 4 or 5 syringes at one time, speeds up the process when your ready to pin.

I recently started using 25g 5/8" in my delts and love it. Draw isn't that bad and injection is pain free with no PIP.

Shoot I draw and pin with a 27g sometimes. Lol

You guys are not drawing and pinning with the same needles are you?

I do

I do too; 30g.

You really shouldnt be. Greatly increases the risk of infection. What if that infection spreads thru your whole body? Going to be a proccess to rid that. My mate had that happen to him, i told him time and time again not to use the same needle to draw then pin, didnt listen, ended up infected. Ended up injecting a microscopic bit of dust that he put straigh into his right quad that was from the top of the vial that was caught as the needle pierced it. I mean honestly why are you guys using steroids if you dont know basic safety techniques?
not to mention it dulls the needle too.

I do and have always done it, never an infection. If you clean the top of the bottle with alcohol then it is free of dust and germs.

Dude. . Sterile needle. Sterile vial. Sterile skin.
Why does it matter if you draw with it?
In fact, I draw my hcg ,then my test, then I pin. Without changing needles.
I swab both vials and my skin before pushing the needle through.
So tell me again how I'm not practicing basic safety techniques?

Don't kid yourself either, you could get a spec of dust on your brand new pin. The wetness from your alcohol swab could attract dust to your skin prior to injecting. Unless youre in a clean room, we both face the same 'dangers'
As for dulling the pin, like I said I draw from 2 vials and inject with the same pin. The only time I ever felt like the needle was dull is when I was brand new. It still penetrates with no issues. That's not a safety issue anyways?

I draw with whatever gauge spike - 18-23ga
Shoot only with a 25ga 1"
There's a few medical suppliers - just look

Ya I thought it was easy to get needles on line. Some sites even say no script needed. No?

Nope
No script

Millions of Diabetes sufferers inject insulin daily (many multiple times), they use the same needle to draw and pin, and there is no epidemic of injection site infections.

As stated above, doctors draw and pin with the same needle all the time. Matter of fact, that's how I was shown to do it at my doctors office when first starting trt. And I think the idea that it dulls the needle is overrated, if one pass through the stopper dulls it, it certainly isn't enough to notice.

For whatever it's worth - I've been drawing and injecting with the same needle for 15yrs. I've never had an infection or any other issue. Yes, I have used draw needles, but most of the time I have not.
Needle size - generally 1" 25g for testosterone or any other steroid used in the past. Have used larger needles plenty of times, larger and longer and see no advantage or disadvantage so I go with the 1" 25g since it's the easiest.
Fun note, I've done this a few times when out of needles and syringes and had to do this for two injections for my TRT a couple weeks ago....used a 30g insulin needle. Drew it out and injected with the insulin needle. Yes, it took a few minutes to draw it out. I just sat on the couch and watched TV while I was doing it....wasn't that difficult and did not negatively affect my life, lol! Point being, you can draw and inject with just about any size needle you have.

For TRT I use a 25 gauge and a 1cc barrel. Trying to go through a 25 gauge using a 3cc was a bitch (hydraulics).

I'll bite.. how does the size of the barrel make any difference?

It makes the plunger easier to push, literally the same way hydraulic systems work.
For example sake (not real world numbers, just an example)
In a 3cc barrel if you push 1 centimeter of plunger per second, your moving roughly 3X the amount of volume of fluid vs a 1cc barrel, 3 times the velocity to get the same amount of volume through, and due to the thickness of the oil, it's quite a bit harder to push. You can also get a fire hose effect, you may think your injecting nice and slow with a 3cc barrel but by the time you force it out a 27 gauge needle the fluid is zinging.
I once injected with a 3cc barrel and a 27 gauge needle, I ended up with bad pip because it was so damn hard to push I couldn't keep it steady.
Switched to 1cc barrel and 25 gauge needle (greatly reduces fluid velocity for a very smooth injection) and made it very easy to push which allows a controlled steady injection flow.
When I cycle I go up to 22 gauge needs with the 3cc syringe, actually gives me less pip due to being a bit easier to inject, so I can hold steadier and avoid fire hosing my muscle with oil.
Low volume thinner oils (like tren ace) I use a 27 gauge and 1cc barrel, don't have any issues due to it just being a little thinner, less volume etc.
Another way to look at it (rough numbers)
9.83mm 3cc
4.71mm 1cc
.5mm 25 gauge
.7 22 gauge
.4 27 gauge
3cc barrel 27 gauge needle 24.5:1
1cc barrel 25 gauge needle 9.42:1
huge difference there, and you can feel it
This is why a tractor with a tiny ass pump, a small hose and a hydraulic arm can lift so much weight, the ratio is reversed so the pump is not working hard at all.
You can also think of it as like sprockets, same concept.Last edited by GSXRvi6; 01-10-2015 at 11:51 PM.

So You compared a 3cc barrel/27g pin to a 1cc barrel/25g pin.
Of course the 1cc was smoother. If you had a 25g on the 3cc,you likely wouldn't have noticed a difference.Last edited by hawk14dl; 01-11-2015 at 12:41 AM.

I hate using 3cc barrels. Smaller the better imo. There is definitely a difference between barrel sizes.
I also draw and inject with same needle. I haven't had any problems in the 400+ injections I have done.

Update , took my first shot with 25g vs 23g .both 1.2" . The needle bent a bit when I tried to draw , same thing happened when I injected into glute , and push pressure was significantly harder . I guess I'll have to use more care drawing and injecting . Upside was , no pain what so ever . Thx again boys
