are there two types of "free Testosterone" tests?

i've been on trt for ~1.25 years and have had 4 tests before and during trt. two of those tests had a range of 7.2-24.0 and the other two 46-224 pg/ml. does anyone know the difference between these two tests? is one bio available and the other free for example?

those just look like different measurement ranges for the same test...46~224 pg/ml converts to 4.6~22.4 ng/dl which isnt far off from the 7.2~24.0
