Guys,
Why is it that my LH level is 0.4 when im taking 1/2 CC twice a week test cyp 200? yes im taking hcg as well im doing 500 ius a week i thoght that hcg brought LH level up? do you think i have a pituitary gland problem?

HCG mimics LH in the testes. It does not actually register as LH on a blood test. You're fine.

You do not have a pituitary problem.
HCG mimics LH.
It doesn't raise LH.
Both test and LH actually suppress LH.
The reason you take HCG is that test suppress LH thus you take HCG to keep your boys working.

I think Bonaparte and the dog clearly answered the question, yes it is very normal for a person on trt to have little or no LH.

Just to add to what others have already stated, there is no need to test your LH or FSH while on TRT. It's expected that both of these values will be close to zero, and is completely normal.

I'm on 140 ew and my LH is none existence.

TRT shuts down your HPTA, so you won't see much LH or FSH.
