    TRT provider concerns

I am currently receiving free TRT at the Department of Veteran Affairs Hospital as a benefit of being a compensated veteran. Problem is that they are frugal with my dosage and prefer to keep me in the lower half of the range. Furthermore, they don't believe in the need for HCG or Anastrozole. Prior to receiving my care at the VA, I received my TRT from increasemyt dot com and valued the HCG and Anastrozole.

While my treatment at the VA is free, I am concerned that it is hardly ideal. I have read many forums on the importance of HCG to preserve my testes size as well as adding test to my system. Furthermore, an anti e is valuable for many reasons.

I am looking at transferring my care to someplace like lowtestosterone dot com as result of this despite the added costs.

    Any advice?

There are a few places that will offer you HCG and AI, and you just need bloodwork and a simple physical to get started Search for Defy. Also the site sponsor offers a nice program.

I would avoid clinics if you can and try to find a savvy doc. Have you used the A4M search function or contacted your local compounding pharmacies to help you find a good doc?

I only use this site on my phone app and haven't seen this search function. How would one go about locating a compounding pharmacy in the Cleveland, Ohio, area?

    225, 6', 16% bf, bench 320, squat 405, dead 465.

Go to the A4M website to do the search. Should be able to find the pharmacies through Google. Call them and ask for doctors who prescribe testosterone and hcg .

Sometimes we have to educate our doctors. My doctor never prescribed hCG for TRT before I came along.

Check out the hCG and Pregnenolone sticky for more information.

IIRC, the Life Extension Foundation website has some good information for why we need to be in the upper quartile of range.

With regard to Anastrozole: One only needs it if they have high E2. Many guys (and their doctors) are too quick to get on an Anastrozole schedule. If one has high E2 symptoms, they're much better off taking Anastrozole as needed.
