    Adding decca to hrt.

Last week I added 200 decca to my 200 test e to kick it off. I can already feel the results. Able to do pressing moves for the first time in a long time without it killing my shoulders. Bench press, shoulder press much better at increased weight. I'll do 200 decca again this week with test, then back it off to 100 then 50. Been studying and it looks like low dose can be continued for a long time without bad sides to help out joints. Must say it has already improved my life. Haven't added squats back in yet but next leg workout I will. Knees feel much better also. It should help cardio a good bit also. Walked a lot but very little jogging, knees couldn't take it. I am 65, work out 4 days a week. Added hcg also twice week, 500 the 2 days before test and decca. Will back it off to 250.

Deca is a very long acting ester which takes 4-5 weeks before benefits are noticeable from my experience. If you are already feeling it after 1 week I hope it's Deca u are injecting and not something else? Most likely placebo effect which is fine, whatever it takes to get and stay motivated.
If you are using it purely for joint pain relief you can probably get away with 100 mgs per week, will last much longer ( your vile).
HcG , prob don't need 1000 iu per week, 500-600 broken up twice should do it.
200mgs of Tes weekly is a pretty hefty dose (acceptable IMO), but with the other compounds you better keep a close eye on your estrogen..I would encourage you to get an A.I. On hand if you don't already....good luck!

^^^ I gotta say I agree with all of this advice.
are you doing "hrt" on your own? maybe you should try 100mg test ew and get bloods. specially with deca IMO

I started 100 mg a week last week as well. Nothing yet for me. Im wondering if you are on NPP Nandrolone Phenylpropionate instead because its suppose to act much faster and is a slightly different version of deca .

Better hope you are not sensitive to dht and DHN. If my ratio gets over 50% erections are very weak. Keep in mind if this is the Deconate ester more nandrolone will end up in your system because it is a longer half life. So you won't know you are taking too much until a few months go by.

Can you explain more. I'm at 100 mg deca a week,120 mg test cyp a week and caber twice a week but no ai. I don't know what dhn is but I use to respond well to the prohormone 1AD which increase DHT so I'm guessing Id do ok with that.

Dihydronandrolone is DHN. Nandrolone converts via the 5-ar process just like test but yields DHN. DHN in my case gets over 50% of the dht circulating and I have issues with Ed.

Without bloodwork and a lot more history it's hard to recommend anything. But I would not be using a dopamine agonist like caber. Use an AI to control estrogen. Estrogen levels dictate prolactin. Nandrolone does not

I started at 200 decca to front load for first 2 weeks then To 100 a week for 2 weeks then 50 a week from then on. I was really surprised I felt results that quick. Still had some pain but nothing like before. Added squats into my leg day and no knee pain at all. This third week of test and decca. Also hcg at 500 iu twice week to front load then drop back to 250 twice a week. I had blood work done 4 weeks ago and test was 235 and e2 at 5 so I knew I had to get it kicked back off again. Was really feeling lousy, starting to feel much better. Had dropped hrt for a couple of months because of prostate issue which turned out to be nothing. Psa jumping up and down. had biopsy which was negative. My hematocrit numbers jump up very easy, have blood drawn off about every 3 months. Dr's keep a close watch on blood. I'm 65 but my parents are 96 and 94 and still doing well. Never any major issues with either one.
