No worries FFM. I started my new protocol today. 50mg test cyp every 3.5 days, 250IU HCG every 3.5 days, still laying off the AI. Starting to take 50mg of zinc ED. Will get BW in a month and keep yall up to date. Thanks for all the help.

I actually do feel a difference. I didn't think I would feel better this quickly. Kinda hard to put my finger on it but I just seem more peppy and in a elevated mood with more mental clarity. Also on a side note my hemoglobin was at 18.7 g/dL prior to giving blood. I checked labcorp reference range (12.6 - 17.7) so I guess I was out of range according to that range.

    10 WEEK BW UPDATE

My initial dosage when I started TRT 10 weeks ago was 60mg test cyp every 3.5 days, 250IU HCG every 3.5 days, no AI. After 6 weeks on this dosage here were my numbers...

    Total Test- 1239 ng/dL Range 348 -1197

    Free Test (Direct)- 43.9 pg/mL Range 9.3-26.5

    Estradoil, Sensitive- 41.5 pg/mL Range 8.0-35

    Hematocrit- 50.4 Range 37.5-51.0

I changed my protocol to 50mg test cyp every 3.5 days, 250IU HCG every 3.5 days, 50mg of zinc ED, no AI. Here is my BW after 4 weeks on this protocol...

    Total Test- 991 ng/dL Range 348 -1197

    Free Test (Direct)- 44 pg/mL Range 9.3-26.5

    Estradoil, Sensitive- 36 pg/mL Range 8.0-35

    Hematocrit- 51.5 Range 37.5-51.0

I donated blood when I started my new protocol 4 weeks ago and my hematocrit is already back out of range. I have been experiencing symptoms of polycythemia (fatigue, joint pain in my hips, headaches). Should I get a script from my doc so I can donate blood monthly or just continue to give blood every 56 days?

I also have been dealing with high e2 symptoms (fatigue, lethargy, irritability, anxiety, depression, joint pain). I know I need to lower my test cyp dosage again. Should I just lower it to 40mg test cyp every 3.5 days or should I lower it even more than that? I also am thinking about adding .25mg of adex every 3.5 days (24hrs after injections). I know my e2 is barely out of range and I know its better to try and stay off the AI if possible but I've been dealing with high e2 symptoms for about 6 weeks now and its starting to weigh on me.

If you have high estrogen symptoms the number doesn't matter as much as how you feel I would add the adex.

My opinion for what it's worth...you still have a lot of room to dial back your test dosage. I would try that before jumping on an AI. You could possibly kill 2 birds with one stone by dialing it back...lowering HCT and E2.

This ^^. Your free test is very high giving you the room to lower your dosage without issue. What bigdil said is correct as well, but it's always best to avoid another pharmaceutical if possible. Lower the dose, hydrate well, maybe add in some DIM. Consider a therapeutic draw one time.

Ok my protocol for the next 4 weeks will be 30mg test cyp every 3.5 days, 250IU HCG every 3.5 days, 50mg of zinc ED, no AI. Is 100mg ED a good dose for the DIM and do you recommend a specific brand? I am due for another therapeutic phlebotomy on August 21, in the meantime I will stay well hydrated. Thanks for all the input guys!

I'd go down to 40 mgs. Remember, titrations are not linear so responses will vary. Small, incremental changes are always best. Put your hcg in the same syringe for simplicity. 100 is fine for DIM until you test again. If not effective enough double it. Next time you buy zinc get it mixed with copper for better efficacy.

250mg/week for TRT? Sounds more like a low dose AAS cycle

Its been a while since I have updated this thread but I thought I would share my most recent BW. In the 10 weeks leading up to my BW my protocol was.... 90mg test cyp every 3.5 days, 250IU HCG every 3.5 days, .125mg anastrozole every 7 days. I tried to lay off the AI as long as possible by taking 50mg Zinc ED and 200mg DIM ED, I did this for over 2 months and my estradiol was still in the upper 30s and I was still experiencing symptoms.

    Total Test- 606 ng/dL Range 348 -1197

    Free Test (Direct)- 24.8 pg/mL Range 9.3-26.5

    Estradiol (Sensitive) - 25.0 pg/mL Range 8.0-35.0

    Hematocrit- 48.2 Range 37.5-51.0

Numbers seem to be pretty good but I just have been feeling "off" over the last month and a half or so. My symptoms; irritability/agitation, mood swings, low motivation, low confidence, and low self esteem. Starting to feel defeated because over this first year on TRT I have been dedicated to getting "dailed in", trying to achieve "good numbers". Just a month ago I asked if I was ready for my first blast because I felt like I got my numbers where I wanted them to be. Truth is that I have been feeling like shit which is contradicting what my numbers say. I know numbers don't mean everything and everyones different but my numbers just seem like a mirage. Lost, confused, and exhausted. Any advice out there?
