Kel or sox blood value help?
K im soo besides my self i wonder if perhaps i have a bone marrow issue????
Might ask doc for the meds to stop hematocrit coming from bone marrow due to my recent blood work:
Estrogen sensitive: 22...=awesome right?
Free test: 268....!!!!! Lower than it was previous years! Stopped test for a few months to get a baseline to justify my test, hcg and anastrozole script,
But i have been feeling estro rising so took some anastozole while i was off test.... I was turning into a crying biatch and new it was estro but now i see it was my test as well,
Free test: 40.6 range 35-155
Hematocrit: 55!!!!! WTF IS GOING ON???
Hemoglobin 17.6 scale 13.2-17.1
Rbc-6.... Scale 4.20-5.80
Isnt this a bit odd?? Rbc's and hemoglobin arent that high really? Compared to hematocrit..... Especially with test as low as it is???
What else could the issue be???
I mean hydration perhaps? But cmon the hematocrit i figured with low t, and e2, shouldnt be that high???
Any advice or answers appreciated!
Need to start cardio everyday, need suport supps, need tocheck ferritin as well,
Im going to a new eurologist who is smart as heck so i know he will have answers but im confused on these numbers....

Your hemoglobin and hematocrit are at about the usual ratio. Mine is never exactly 3:1 hematocrit: hemoglobin.
I would consider donating blood in the near future.
Yes, hydration will help to some degree, but I would donate asap. My total T was @ 252 and then 176 at the next check and prior to any TRT my hematocrit was 52.8% if I recall correctly.
You may naturally run rich and replenish RBC @ a fast rate like I do. If so, it is even more important to closely monitor hematocrit and donate a needed to keep it down.
Occasionally, it may be necessary for your Dr. to write a script for a therapeutic draw.Last edited by almostgone; 09-24-2015 at 09:48 PM.
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

When I first started trt my hematocrit rose like crazy at only 100 mg a week! It's been over a year and though I have to keep an eye on it I'm good for about three or four months between blood draws. I think once your body adjusts to being normal again you'll be ok.

thanks man appreciate it, my body was better on 200 mlg per week and hcg 1-2 times per week, where as at 100 mlg per week my hematocrit wont level out at all! i may have to go back up to 200 per week to see if perhaps my body adjusts better to a higher trt dosage? not sure why but for the past couple years on steady 100 mlg per week ive alwyas had crit issues...weird i know...

Hematocrit at 55, while slightly elevated isn't anything to freak out about. It's not what one would call a holy cow reading. And a lot of things can affect and increase hematocrit, not just testosterone .
Although neither here or there at this point for you, I wouldn't recommend taking an AI based on how you emotionally feel. The idea that being a little more emotional than normal means higher estrogen levels is one of those internet myths. In fact, I'd wager that very low estrogen levels will make most far more emotional than high. Further, it's unlikely your estrogen levels would be increasing significantly enough if your testosterone levels are at the low end...sure, technically possible but unlikely. AI's should only be taken based on blood and symptoms.
