trt/ normal side effect?

TRT for 2 months now 100 milligrams per week was pinning once a week .Just had blood work done Monday morning waiting on results now .I'm pinning twice a week now,want to see what the difference is in my blood work next time. in the last 2 weeks I've noticed acne on shoulders and back a little on the chest and very little on my face wondering if that is a normal side effect or a sign that E is out of whack . I'll know in a few days when I get test results about the E just looking for anyone that had the same problem and how they fixed it.

When I started trt my chest got really oily and developed acne. It went away on its own after a few months. I think my body just needed to adjust to higher testosterone doses.

Two months is still a very brief time for your body to adjust. It's searching for homeostasis right now. Give it time, do what prank said and make titrations after your first BW if needed.

As Kel said, it's too early for you body to adjust but I find it interesting that this happened after you started pinning 2x/week. If I get acne, it happens 24-36 hrs after I take my dose of Aromasin . I believe it's because the AI makes more serum T available for my body to use. It may be pinning 2x/week is doing the same for you. Perhaps less aromatization response to a lower dose each time. Again, too early to tell and this is just conjecture on my part based on my own experience.

The acne is a few weeks now. I pined monday a.m. and am due thurs p.m.
This was my 1st week on new schedual. 8 weeks of once a week....hoping this helps even me out.
