Time to ejaculation and orgasm intensity on TRT
For those of you on TRT, have you found that the time it takes you to ejaculate has shortened, lengthened or stayed the same since being on TRT?
How about orgasms? Are orgasms stronger, weaker or the same on TRT as they were before TRT?
Thanks.

What is you TRT protocol - including hCG and ai if any?
What symptoms are you experiencing regarding your concerns above?
If you have recent blood work, please post it.

My time to ejaculation didn't change.
The amount of ejaculation decreased and the pleasure intensity decreased. (This changed back to normal when I added in hCG after 2 years without.)

That sounds like what I went through. hCG makes all the difference.

I have had lots of changes at 41-44 years of age. I was low T for a long time. Undiagnosed.
As T levels normalized I lasted longer, didn't necessarily have to stop, found a difference between orgasm and ejaculating and my nipples became sensitive.
Downside is balls are smaller and ejaculate volume is inconsistent. But hey no one gets out unscathed.

I'm not on TRT but I've read quite a few posts on other boards from guys who say that their orgasms are much less pleasruable on TRT than before, even when they added HCG it did not make much difference. Even when they got their estradiol under control, sex was just not as good as before.

Everyone can respond differently to any ancillary used. Some need more, some less, some none at all. But just imagine having seriously low T and not treating it. HCG can make a huge difference in a mans TRT protocol. Take some time and read Dr. Crislers paper on HCG or Nelson Vergels.

In your other thread, you said you were on gels. What is the true story? Really.
What Kel said above is important. Everyone is different. And many questions can be asked of those guys on the "other boards" you refer to. Lots of people do stuff wrong. If you do things right, it's a given that you'll eventually get dialed in and feel excellent. But doing things right takes a lot of work and study, and a commitment to invest in your own health - and not forget to take your medicine when you ought to.
