Question What do people mean by for every 100 test 1mg of Adex?

Let's say someone is on 200mg of test c a week. Does that mean he need 2mg of Adex? Does hug change this equation? I see it a lot but I'm not clear on it

No. It does not work that way, never has. I've never seen a similar statement. Adex is dosed based on BW. Some need it on TRT, others do not.

Ok my question is what do ppl mean about it.I know in general it's a term used for new people starting out trt who has yet to dial themselves in as a general guideline (right?).

You're question is confusing. There is no direct formula for test/AI ratio and I've never heard anyone say 100mg test=1mg dex as you stated. Only blood work can tell if you even need an AI.

I have been on TRT for 15 years and have never heard such a thing. And it would be over kill for most from what I have seen. Having very low E2 is not a good thing. I can keep my E2 in check on 1mg when I am on a cycle easily. I do not require Adex on TRT doses.
