Latest BW numbers, question on SHBG

    PSA .5 (.0-4.0)
    SHBG 14.7 (16.5-55.9)
    Total T 799 (348-1197)
    Free T 23.7 (8.7-25.1)
    E2 sens. 19.3 (8.0-35)
    Tsh 1.6 (.450-4.5)
All of my cbc, lipids, and cmp came back right where they should be.
I'm happy with the numbers and feel awesome! My question is that it seems my SHBG is trending downwards. I know with relation to total t to free t, this is better than it being high, BUT my question is...Is there any negatives to it being low and how low is too low??

Go by feel. If you feel awesome , take note of the numbers and keep yourself there. I see no negatives,

Just spoke to this point on another thread. No issues with low shbg as long as you don't have other factors leading to diabetes or CV issues. Google Metabolic Syndrome.
