Blood #'s in. Please look, my estrogen is hitting the roof.

    ISH 1.62 uIU/ml
    FI4 0.82 ng/dl
    E2 63.006 pg/ml
    Test 903 ng/dl

    I'm 41 5'11 25%bf, low test was noticed 3 years ago.
I have been on 1 ml every 7 days since then

In those 3 years I have had a shoulder surgery and a couple motorcycle injuries that put me out of the gym for about 6 months each. During each time I gained approx 50 lbs each time (yes I know) The past two I cut back down to 12-15% and this last time I have been having to work twice as hard with less/slower results. I'm down from 245 lbs to 208 yesterday. 2 lbs avg a week was the pace until recently.

Macros generally under 2000 cals, carbs under 150g, protien 200g, fats 60g. My macros have varied a couple days a week. If I go over I fast the following day to make up ground.

Was considering doing a winn/test cycle to get down from my current 25% to 12% and hold there for through next winter before cutting again.

Many suggested here I get #'s checked before running gear. I did, and my est. is high.

I am already doing am fasting cardio 6 days for over an hr and I train at night,
chest/tris---back/bi---soulders/calves---hams/quads---repeat with a day off thrown in every week when bodyljoints feel like needed.

Can I do this cycle with an AI and be ok?

Decrease your test dose by 30% and your Test and E2 numbers should be perfect. And lose some weight as well, which will help balance those numbers further.
