Wifes First HGH Cycle
Hi all
So some background first on my Wife
Shes a Crossfit Coach been training for 4 years 6 days a week
Never done a course before she always has done everything naturally always steered away from anabolics.
Why the interest in HGH? Well firstly she came to me i didn't egg her on one bit purely her choice,,, She has reached a peak in her physical performance and is looking to just get over a hurdle she trains so hard and is getting demotivated by other female athletes training as hard but getting better results.
Being a coach she needs to be able to do every movement fluidly and getting older she says she is battling to perform how she used to.
Age: 29 years
Training : Crossfit 4 years 6 Days a week Mornings / Gym 4 days a week in afternoon
Diet: Strict Paleo
Body Fat : 13%
Height: 1.67 meters
Weight 63 Kg
Our question to you all is we would like a recommended HGH cycle for her ? How much ? How Long ?
What should she take with it i terms of B12 or anything else similar
What sort of benefits will she received in terms of strength ? Cardio ?
Also how does it effect her fertility ?
Your informed knowledge would be greatly appreciated

This is all 3rd party info.
From what I know - females run about 2iu a day, 5-7 days a week
How long - well, I think it would be similar to men. Long runs, 6-12 months
Again - GH should be human grade. The UGL generics still seem so hoaky.

Serious question what does she wants to gain...and what does cross fit do for you. Besides maybe some endurance..al I seen for it is training to train pretty much. No recovery. Acessive overtraining of the same muscle group and no proper recovery. Etc. and don't even get me started on Kipping pull-ups. Or I shouldn't even call them pull-ups. Rather momentum body swing. Serious though. I'm training for a special force program so I know all about grueling grueling session till I puke. HIIT and HIT hybrid I describe it. Sprint with super sets of squats etcetc. Rucking with85 lbs. Thank

Long time HGH user and longer time HGH researcher. I think she's a little young to be on HGH right now. She's no different than a man who's natural growth hormone begins to taper at 30. She's only 29 and in good shape. I bet she's producing a healthy dose of natural growth hormones. Still, she's not producing as much growth as a man her same age. I think a long term HGH regiment is going to help her. The gains are slow and not very noticeable but after 2 or 3 months she'll say, "wow, I feel great after this incredibly difficult workout." The strength won't come on quickly like AAS but the muscular endurance will be awesome. I'm 56 y/o and I can bench 225lbs 36 reps. Unlike AAS, HGH isn't something you cycle. Either you're on it or you're not. Well, at least that's the way I look at it. If she's not ready to commit to a 12 month regiment, then she should look at a Anavar or Primo cycle. I do have to say that I'm a HUGE proponent of HGH so I'm a little biased.

I am jelly though lol. I wanna try HGH lol. So jealous
I contacted a rejuvenation clinic or something and I'm pretty sure I can get perscribed it if I jump through some hoops. But it's the cost out of pocket I cat not do right now. 300$ or more. I forget for the initial visit . 300$ for blood work then script cost etc. there. 200$ each check up etc etc.Last edited by Marsoc; 10-20-2016 at 09:57 PM.
